Dette var 0,8 prosentpoeng d\u00e5rligere enn foreg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Vi har en kvinnelig fabrikksjef i Fredrikstad og sjefen i Drammen er en mann.<\/li><li>Forfremmelser i Mills de siste to \u00e5r er likt fordelt mellom kvinner og menn; 8 kvinner og 7 menn.<\/li><li>62 prosent av de ansatte i Mills er menn.  I 2021 ansatte Mills flere kvinner enn menn. 56 prosent av alle nyansatte i Mills 2021 er kvinner.<\/li><li>Ledergruppen best\u00e5r av fem menn og \u00e9n kvinne, noe som representerer en  betydelig ubalanse mellom kj\u00f8nn. Vi h\u00e5per at tiltakene som gj\u00f8res gjennom \u00f8kt rekruttering og forfremmelser av kvinner f\u00f8rer til at forskjellen utjevnes over tid.
