Samtidig er jobbskaping en av de st\u00f8rste utfordringene for alle land fram mot 2030. I Norge st\u00e5r mange utenfor arbeidslivet og flere kan v\u00e6re i risikogruppen for \u00e5 falle ut. Totalt endte frav\u00e6ret i Mills p\u00e5 5,7%, hvorav langtidsfrav\u00e6ret utgjorde 3,5% og korttidsfrav\u00e6ret 2,2 %.<br><br>Dette er d\u00e5rligere enn v\u00e5r m\u00e5lsetning, men hele 1,0 prosentpoeng bedre enn frav\u00e6ret i foreg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. <br><br>Et korttidsfrav\u00e6r under 2,0% klassifiseres som normalt. Av korttidsfrav\u00e6ret p\u00e5 2,2% skyldes 0,5% Covid-19. Ingen fikk alvorlige eller permanente skader. Kurset handler om seksuell orientering, kj\u00f8nnsidentitet og kj\u00f8nnsuttrykk<\/li><li>Vi har gjennomf\u00f8rt flere interne kurs gjennom Agra Academy: Brand Academy for marketing-avdelingen og lederutviklingskursene; \u00abLede gjennom innflytelse\u00bb og \u00abLede andre\u00bb, samt kurs i prosjektledelse og optimalisering av  medarbeidersamtaler. <\/li><li>I tr\u00e5d med \u00f8nsker fra de kontoransatte, har vi etablert en fleksibel arbeidsform med inntil 2 dagers hjemmekontor per uke. <\/li><li>I etterkant av medarbeiderunders\u00f8kelser har vi gjennomf\u00f8rt workshops for \u00e5 utarbeide handlingsplaner for avdelingene.<\/li><li>Det er gjennomf\u00f8rt kartlegging blant ledere om \u00f8nskede tema \/ fokusomr\u00e5der til v\u00e5re nye ledertreningsprogram.<\/li><li>I samarbeid med NHO og Moment har vi gjennomf\u00f8rt ledertreningsprogram for f\u00f8rstelinjeledere i fabrikkene.<\/li><li>Vi gjennomf\u00f8rte Millskonferansen i juni og samlet ca 200 av v\u00e5re ansatte i Drammen. Hovedm\u00e5lsetninger var \u00e5 styrke samarbeid, \u00f8ke stoltheten og orientere om retning videre etter pandemien.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div merkevarene Olivero og Plantego\u2019. I tillegg har de sett p\u00e5 hvordan Mills AS kan kommunisere aktuelle b\u00e6rekraftstiltak mot en yngre m\u00e5lgruppe. Resultatene ble presentert for marketingavdelingen p\u00e5 deres siste dag, til stor begeistring og entusiasme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Tiden i Mills har v\u00e6rt utrolig l\u00e6rerik med ansvar fra f\u00f8rste dag. Vi har jobbet med reelle caser som er aktuelle for Mills. Underveis har vi mottatt mye st\u00f8tte og veiledning, og det har v\u00e6rt en trygg plass \u00e5 komme til, sier Siren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebekka viser til at det i stillingsannonsen sto det at man skulle jobbe i \u00aben av landets beste marketingavdelinger\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Etter \u00e5 ha jobbet i Mills i sommer kan jeg absolutt bekrefte det!
