Den viste positiv utvikling i begge hoved-KPI&#8217;ene; arbeidsglede og lojalitet. Unders\u00f8kelsen ble fulgt opp med workshops i etterkant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gjennomf\u00f8rt interne kurs i l\u00f8pet av \u00e5ret: B\u00e5de ledertrening og trening for ansatte i hvordan \u00e5rssamtalen kan brukes best mulig. P\u00e5 fabrikkene ble kurset \u00abBasisprogram i ledelse\u00bb gitt til alle ledere. Dette er over m\u00e5lsettingen p\u00e5 4,9 prosent for \u00e5ret, og helt likt resultatet i 2022. Langtidsfrav\u00e6ret endte p\u00e5 4,0 prosent og korttidsfrav\u00e6ret p\u00e5 1,7 prosent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begge fabrikkene hadde i 2023 en positiv utvikling p\u00e5 sykefrav\u00e6r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Det arbeides systematisk med \u00e5 forebygge sykefrav\u00e6ret i hele bedriften og enkelttilfellene blir aktivt fulgt opp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I forebyggingsarbeid mot sykefrav\u00e6r er det gjort ergonomiske vurderinger b\u00e5de p\u00e5 kontor og i fabrikkene. Dette er en reduksjon fra 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Det gj\u00f8res jevnlig risikovurderinger, spesielt i forbindelse med endringer. Det rapporteres ogs\u00e5 om farlige forhold, slik at forbedringer kan gj\u00f8res for \u00e5 forebygge ulykker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vi gjennomf\u00f8rer rekonstruksjon etter alle ulykker og alvorlige hendelser, for enklere \u00e5 kunne iverksette tiltak. Vi har ogs\u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8rt oppl\u00e6ring sammen med leverand\u00f8r om riktig bruk av kjemikalier og spylestasjoner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabrikkene har lokale \u00e5rshjul med aktiviteter hver m\u00e5ned for \u00e5 fremme helse og trivsel, dette kan v\u00e6re sosiale arrangementer, turer og treninger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
