Neste \u00e5rs\u00a0rapport er estimert ferdigstilt ved\u00a0utgangen av f\u00f8rste kvartal 2027. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rapporteringsperiode\"><strong>Rapporteringsperiode<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e6rekraftrapporten omfatter rapporterings\u00e5ret 2025 og dekker Mills AS med tilh\u00f8rende virksomhet. Rapportens organisatoriske avgrensning samsvarer med konsernets finansielle rapportering for samme periode.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-overordnede-baerekraftprioriteringer-nbsp\"><strong>Overordnede b\u00e6rekraftprioriteringer<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mills arbeider kontinuerlig med \u00e5 forbedre v\u00e5re produkters betydning for folkehelsen, samt redusere selskapets p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 mennesker og milj\u00f8 i egen virksomhet og leverand\u00f8rkjede. Hovedomr\u00e5dene i selskapets b\u00e6rekraftstrategi frem mot 2025 er:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emballasje\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klima og milj\u00f8\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Etikk og ansvarlighet i leverand\u00f8rkjeden\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matsvinn\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sunnere produkter\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ansvarlig arbeidsgiver\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trygg mat\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse omr\u00e5dene er valgt i dialog med selskapets viktigste interessenter og er koblet til relevante m\u00e5l i FNs b\u00e6rekraftm\u00e5l. Progresjon og m\u00e5loppn\u00e5else f\u00f8lges opp og rapporteres halv\u00e5rlig i konsernm\u00f8ter, og offentliggj\u00f8res \u00e5rlig i selskapets b\u00e6rekraftrapport.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-korrigeringer-og-ekstern-verifikasjon-nbsp\"><strong>Korrigeringer og ekstern verifikasjon<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mills har ikke foretatt korrigeringer av tidligere rapportert b\u00e6rekraftinformasjon i rapporterings\u00e5ret 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klimaregnskapet offentliggj\u00f8res i selskapets finansielle \u00e5rsberetning og er verifisert av revisor. \u00d8vrig b\u00e6rekraftinformasjon i rapporten er ikke underlagt ekstern verifikasjon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GRI-standard<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GRI\u2011rammeverket er utviklet gjennom en bred, internasjonal prosess med involvering av n\u00e6ringsliv, fagbevegelse, sivilsamfunn og forskningsmilj\u00f8er. Mills\u2019 b\u00e6rekraftrapport for 2025 er utarbeidet i samsvar med GRI Standards (2021), som er gjeldende rapporteringsstandard fra Global Reporting Initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten redegj\u00f8r for selskapets arbeid med b\u00e6rekraft, herunder prioriterte omr\u00e5der, tiltak og utvikling innen milj\u00f8messige, sosiale og styringsrelaterte forhold.
