Dette gj\u00f8r det s\u00e6rlig viktig \u00e5 jobbe systematisk med HMS, forebyggende arbeidsmilj\u00f8arbeid, tydelig ledelse og god organisering. I Mills f\u00f8lger vi opp dette gjennom jevnlig risikovurdering, oppf\u00f8lging av u\u00f8nskede hendelser, tiltak for \u00e5 redusere frav\u00e6r og systematisk leder- og medarbeiderutvikling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som ansvarlig arbeidsgiver skal vi sikre at ansatte forst\u00e5r strategien v\u00e5r, opplever trygghet i arbeidshverdagen og f\u00e5r muligheter til \u00e5 utvikle seg. M\u00e5let er en arbeidsplass preget av tydelighet, forutsigbarhet og gode prosesser \u2013 og hvor b\u00e5de medarbeidere og virksomhet kan utvikle seg p\u00e5 en b\u00e6rekraftig m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dette-fikk-vi-til-i-2025\"><strong>Dette fikk vi til i 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I 2025 har vi arbeidet m\u00e5lrettet for \u00e5 v\u00e6re en ansvarlig og attraktiv arbeidsgiver, med s\u00e6rlig vekt p\u00e5 HMS, kompetanseutvikling og arbeidsglede. Vi n\u00e5dde ikke m\u00e5lene om null ulykker eller et n\u00e6rv\u00e6r p\u00e5 95 %, men opplever samtidig positive resultater fra medarbeiderunders\u00f8kelsen, med h\u00f8y sk\u00e5r p\u00e5 arbeidsglede og s\u00e6rlig sterk lojalitet blant v\u00e5re ansatte. Det er ogs\u00e5 sv\u00e6rt gledelig at vi oppn\u00e5r gode resultater innen kategoriene; samarbeid, mangfold, inkludering, og likestilling, samt frav\u00e6r av mobbing og trakassering. Dette underst\u00f8tter at vi har et trygt og inkluderende arbeidsmilj\u00f8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjennom lederutviklingsprogrammer, nyansattsamlinger og interne initiativer som Millskonferansen og sosiale aktiviteter, styrker vi b\u00e5de kompetanse, kultur og tilh\u00f8righet i organisasjonen. Samlet bidrar dette til \u00e5 videreutvikle oss som en handlekraftig og fleksibel organisasjon, og bringer oss n\u00e6rmere m\u00e5let om \u00e5 v\u00e6re en ansvarlig og attraktiv arbeidsgiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2026\/04\/Likestillingsredegjorelse-2025.pdf\" type=\"attachment\" id=\"1489\">Les likestillingsredegj\u00f8relsen for 2025<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sykefravaer-og-hms\"><strong>Sykefrav\u00e6r og HMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbeidet med helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet er en sentral del av v\u00e5rt ansvar som arbeidsgiver. Vi jobber systematisk for \u00e5 redusere ulykker og sikre et trygt arbeidsmilj\u00f8 for alle ansatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I 2025 ble det registrert 7 ulykker med frav\u00e6r i Mills: 4 i Drammen, 2 i Fredrikstad og 1 i Oslo. Dette er en \u00f8kning p\u00e5 4 hendelser sammenlignet med 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hendelsene f\u00f8lges opp gjennom v\u00e5rt HMS-arbeid med m\u00e5l om kontinuerlig forbedring, forebygging og \u00f8kt sikkerhetsbevissthet i organisasjonen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-forretningsetikk\"><strong>Forretningsetikk<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Etisk og ansvarlig forretningsdrift er en forutsetning for tillit b\u00e5de internt og eksternt. Vi arbeider aktivt for \u00e5 styrke bevisstheten rundt ansvar, p\u00e5virkning og rolleforst\u00e5else blant ansatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gjennom Agra Academy gjennomf\u00f8rte vi flere ledertreningsprogrammer i 2025, blant annet Basic Leadership, Advanced Leadership og Impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programmet Impact retter seg spesielt mot n\u00f8kkelmedarbeidere uten personalansvar, med fokus p\u00e5 selvledelse, p\u00e5virkning og ansvar i organisasjonen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-attraktiv-arbeidsgiver-nbsp\"><strong>Attraktiv arbeidsgiver<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi arbeider aktivt for \u00e5 v\u00e6re en attraktiv arbeidsplass gjennom involvering, gode utviklingsmuligheter og en inkluderende organisasjonskultur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I april&nbsp;gjennomf\u00f8rte vi en&nbsp;<strong>omfattende medarbeiderunders\u00f8kelse<\/strong>&nbsp;hvor hele selskapet deltok. Her oppn\u00e5dde vi god sk\u00e5r p\u00e5 b\u00e5de arbeidsglede og lojalitet, hhv 73 og 82 av 100. Nullvisjonen for ulykker har ligget fast gjennom hele perioden. Selv om m\u00e5let ikke er fullt innfridd, viser data at antall alvorlige ulykker har holdt seg lavt, og at det arbeides kontinuerlig med forebygging, risikovurderinger og oppf\u00f8lging av u\u00f8nskede hendelser. Dette inkluderer jevnlige HMS-revisjoner og vernerunder p\u00e5 fabrikkene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sykefrav\u00e6ret har variert i perioden, men ved utgangen av 2025 l\u00e5 det p\u00e5 5,4\u202f%, noe som er over m\u00e5let, men lavere enn tidligere i perioden. Arbeidet har fokusert p\u00e5 forebyggende tiltak, spesielt knyttet til langtidsfrav\u00e6r, samt st\u00f8tte fra trivselsgrupper og ulike lokale tiltak i fabrikkene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisasjonsutvikling og ledelse har v\u00e6rt sentrale innsatsomr\u00e5der. Mills har gjennomf\u00f8rt flere lederutviklingsprogrammer og jobbet aktivt med \u00e5 sikre god forankring av strategi, m\u00e5l og roller i hele organisasjonen. Resultatene fra VIS-unders\u00f8kelsen i 2025 viser at ansatte opplever god st\u00f8tte fra n\u00e6rmeste leder (76 poeng), samt h\u00f8ye sk\u00e5rer innen l\u00e6ring og utvikling (74), mestring (78) og inkludering (82). Dette indikerer et arbeidsmilj\u00f8 med h\u00f8y grad av trygghet, stolthet og mulighet for medvirkning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mills har ogs\u00e5 hatt ambisjoner om \u00e5 v\u00e6re en inkluderende arbeidsplass. Dette er fulgt opp gjennom b\u00e5de kompetanseutvikling, styrking av organisasjonskulturen og tiltak for \u00e5 skape samhold, som interne samlinger, oppl\u00e6ringsdager og lokale aktiviteter. Aktiv og sunn i Mills har lagt til rette for at ansatte kan ta gode valg for helse og trivsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samlet sett viser perioden 2020\u20132025 god progresjon innen ledelse, kultur og medarbeiderinvolvering, samtidig som sikkerhet og sykefrav\u00e6r fortsatt krever tett oppf\u00f8lging. Arbeidet i perioden har lagt et godt grunnlag for videre utvikling av Mills som en trygg, forutsigbar og ansvarlig arbeidsgiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div
