Vi foresl\u00e5r at hver gruppe lager flere av rettene. Noen tar litt lengre tid enn andre s\u00e5 start med den som tar lengst tid. Det er tilbeh\u00f8r til et par av potetrettene. Det gj\u00f8r at dere ikke trenger lage annen mat i tillegg for et helhetlig m\u00e5ltid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestem p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd hva som skal lages, handles inn og hvordan klassen skal deles opp i grupper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-del-1-teori\"><strong>Del 1 \u2013 <strong>Teori<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visste du at poteten ansl\u00e5r \u00e5 ha blitt dyrket i Andesfjellene i S\u00f8r-Amerika for 4000 til 7000 \u00e5r tilbake? Her i Norge har poteten lenge v\u00e6rt en selvf\u00f8lge p\u00e5 middagsbordet, men har \u00abkun\u00bb v\u00e6rt dyrket siden 1750. Poteten er en allsidig gr\u00f8nnsak, og kan tilberedes p\u00e5 mange ulike m\u00e5ter, fra den vanlige kokte poteten, til potetlefser, blinis og potetgull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 v\u00e6re som poteten er et uttrykk. Det betyr at man kan brukes til mye og passer sammen med flere. Et godt og riktig ordtak. Poteten er en allsidig matplante. Den er ikke kravstor p\u00e5 dyrkningsforhold, den er klimavennlig, og ikke minst gir den oss h\u00f8y n\u00e6ringsverdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potet gir oss energi i form av karbohydrater. Potet er en av v\u00e5re viktigste kilder til vitamin C, og den bidrar ogs\u00e5 med kalium og fiber. Siden potet er s\u00e5 mild i smaken egner den seg godt som tilbeh\u00f8r til mange retter. Det m\u00e5 vi ta vare p\u00e5 slik at vi kan forsyne oss selv med r\u00e5varene som klarer \u00e5 vokse i et kaldt klima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at potetplanta er en staude?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poteten er verdens fjerde viktigste matplante (etter mais, hvete og ris)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>potet er en av verdens mest b\u00e6rekraftige vekster? Poteter kan vokse nesten hvor som helst, og trenger ikke mye stell for \u00e5 trives. Her er det mye godt som venter! Rettene vi har valgt er ofte tilbeh\u00f8r til annen mat. N\u00e5 kan elevene finne sin favoritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gj\u00f8r poteten til stjernen i m\u00e5ltidet. Dere utfordres i \u00e5 anrette p\u00e5 en bildevennlig m\u00e5te. Dander m\u00e5ltidet s\u00e5 det ser fristende ut. Maten skal se like bra ut som den smaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r dere lager mat sammen kan ting ofte ta litt lengre tid enn dere tror.
