matlagingsmetoder til \u00e5 lage trygg og b\u00e6rekraftig mat som gir grunnlag for god helse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KM2:<\/strong> Bruke sansene til \u00e5 vurdere kvaliteten p\u00e5 matvarer, utforske og kombinere smaker i matlagingen og forbedre oppskrifter, menyer og anretning av maten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KM3: <\/strong>Dr\u00f8fte hvordan kosthold kan bidra til god helse, og bruke digitale ressurser til \u00e5 vurdere eget kosthold og til \u00e5 velge sunne og varierte matvarer i forbindelse med matlaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KM7:<\/strong> Lage mat fra norsk og samisk id=\"h-forberedelser-til-timen\">Forberedelser til timen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hensikten med dette undervisningsopplegget er at elevene skal erfare hvordan de enkelt lager en hjemmelaget paibunn, hva slags fett som egner seg for \u00e5 f\u00e5 bunnen spr\u00f8, og f\u00e5 teste i praksis hvor allsidig pai kan v\u00e6re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestem p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd hva som skal lages, handles inn og hvordan klassen skal deles opp i grupper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finnes oppskrifter p\u00e5 mange ulike paier i\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/oppskrifter\/?_recipe_search=pai\" For \u00e5 f\u00e5 til en perfekt skorpe er det noen ting du m\u00e5 passe p\u00e5 og under finner du fem ting som er lurt \u00e5 vite om paideig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r dere g\u00e5r i gang med matlagingen kan det v\u00e6re fint \u00e5 snakke litt om hva dere m\u00e5 passe p\u00e5 n\u00e5r dere skal lage en pai.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox wp-block-t2-factbox has-background has-neutral-30-background-color\" id=\"t2-factbox\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__blocks t2-factbox__inner-container is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lurt-a-vite-om-paideig\">Lurt \u00e5 vite om paideig:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-list-bg-secondary wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bruk kald Melange eller annen margarin rett fra kj\u00f8leskapet n\u00e5r du lager pai. Det er nemlig n\u00e5r biter av fast margarin blir fanget i deigen og skaper lommer med luft under baking, at du f\u00e5r den spr\u00f8 og flakete paiskorpen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paioppskrifter inneholder ofte litt vann. Bruk kaldt vann, ikke varmt. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ikke overarbeid deigen \u2013 da kan den bli varm og vanskelig \u00e5 jobbe med. Det beste er \u00e5 blande sammen ingrediensene i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin frem til deigen begynner \u00e5 samle seg, og deretter elte den for h\u00e5nd til den kommer sammen til en fast deig. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Det kan v\u00e6re lurt \u00e5 forsteke bunnen p\u00e5 200 grader over- og undervarme i 5-10 minutter, f\u00f8r du har i fyllet. Da sikrer du at bunnen blir gjennomstekt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dersom du forsteker paibunnen er det lurt \u00e5 prikke bunnen med en gaffel f\u00f8r du setter den i ovnen. En typisk pai tar gjerne mellom 1 time og 1,5 time \u00e5 lage. N\u00e5r dere lager mat sammen kan ting ofte ta litt lengre tid enn dere tror. Det g\u00e5r ofte lettere dersom dere fordeler oppgavene og setter p\u00e5 ovnen med en gang s\u00e5 den er klar til steking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox wp-block-t2-factbox has-background has-neutral-30-background-color\" id=\"t2-factbox-1\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__blocks t2-factbox__inner-container is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips til effektiv kj\u00f8kken\u00f8kt:<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-list-bg-third wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noen oppskrifter ber deg om \u00e5 sette bunnen kaldt i 30 minutter f\u00f8r den skal stekes.
