maten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KM3:<\/strong> Dr\u00f8fte hvordan kosthold kan bidra til god helse, og bruke digitale ressurser til \u00e5 vurdere eget kosthold og til \u00e5 velge sunne og varierte class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forberedelser til timen<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hensikten med dette undervisningsopplegget er at elevene skal l\u00e6re mer om fordelene ved \u00e5 spise mer plantebasert, og erfare hvordan de lager fullverdige vegetariske m\u00e5ltider fra bunnen av.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestem p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd hva som skal lages, handles inn og hvordan klassen skal deles opp i grupper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Del 1 \u2013 Teori<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Norge har som m\u00e5l \u00e5 sikre god helse og fremme livskvalitet for alle, uansett alder. God helse er en grunnleggende forutsetning for menneskers mulighet til \u00e5 n\u00e5 sitt fulle potensiale og for \u00e5 bidra til utvikling i samfunnet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange av oss \u00f8nsker \u00e5 spise mindre kj\u00f8tt, samtidig som at vi er opptatt av \u00e5 verne natur og milj\u00f8ressursers. Likevel viser nasjonale kostholdsunders\u00f8kelser at vi spiser for mye bearbeidet kj\u00f8tt, og f\u00e5r i oss for mye mettet fett, salt og tilsatt sukker.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helsedirektoratet anbefaler \u00e5 ha et variert og hovedsakelig plantebasert kosthold. Et plantebasert kosthold med frukt, gr\u00f8nt og belgvekster, er mat som gir kroppen riktige byggeklosser, og det har et lavere klimagassutslipp enn kj\u00f8ttprodukter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er ekstra viktig \u00e5 ta vare p\u00e5 kroppen sin n\u00e5r du er ung. B\u00e5de fordi kroppen er i en vekstfase der muskler og skjelett utvikler seg, men ogs\u00e5 fordi helse p\u00e5virker prestasjoner p\u00e5 skole og under aktiviteter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 spise gr\u00f8nnere kan bety alt fra \u00e5 spise mindre kj\u00f8tt i hverdagen, til \u00e5 droppe all mat som kommer fra dyreriket. Det siste er en kraftig endring, og krever stor innsats. Spiser du variert hver dag, er sjansen stor for at du f\u00e5r i deg de n\u00e6ringsstoffene kroppen din trenger. Mat fra planteriket og dyreriket inneholder ulike n\u00e6ringsstoffer i forskjellige mengder. Spiser du mat fra b\u00e5de planteriket og dyreriket s\u00e5 fungerer nettopp uttrykket \u00ablitt av alt\u00bb. Du f\u00e5r litt av alle typer matvaregrupper og alle n\u00e6ringsstoffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matvarer fra dyreriket er kilde til vitamin D, vitamin B12, jern, jod, sink, kalsium, omega-3 fettsyrer og protein. Hvis du dropper mat fra dyreriket vil det kreve litt mer av deg \u00e5 f\u00e5 i deg de n\u00e6ringsstoffene. Det er fullt mulig, men du m\u00e5 legge ned en st\u00f8rre innsats for \u00e5 sette sammen kostholdet ditt best mulig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Belgfrukter<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026eller belgvekster, er spiselige fr\u00f8 fra belger i erteblomstfamilien. Erter, b\u00f8nner og linser er de mest vanlige. Belgvekster er gode kilder til proteiner og fiber, i tillegg til viktige mineraler og vitaminer som jern, kalium, sink, fosfor og B-vitamin. Belgvekster inneholder ogs\u00e5 lite fett, i tillegg er de ofte ganske billige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finnes et hav av forskjellige gr\u00f8nnsaker og frukt \u00e5 utforske som kan gi variasjon i smak og tekstur. Linser, kikerter og b\u00f8nner er&nbsp;fantastisk&nbsp;i matlaging. I dag er det mat fra planteriket som skal st\u00e5 i sentrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Velg gr\u00f8nt s\u00e5 tar du vare p\u00e5 kloden<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Matvareproduksjonen st\u00e5r for n\u00e6rmere 30 prosent av alle klimagassutslipp. Det er mye \u00e5 hente p\u00e5 \u00e5 produsere mat smartere, og matvareprodusentene jobber iherdig med \u00e5 finne gode og effektive l\u00f8sninger. Noe som er enkelt for alle er \u00e5 velge matvarer som har lavt klimagassutslipp. Produksjon av r\u00f8dt kj\u00f8tt medf\u00f8rer et h\u00f8yt utslipp av klimagasser sammenlignet med belgvekster.
