Det betyr at om kokeplaten din g\u00e5r opp til <strong>10<\/strong> s\u00e5 kan du sette den p\u00e5 <strong>6<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ha 3 ss flytende margarin i kjelen og la det smelte. Tilsett 2 ss hvetemel, og r\u00f8r godt sammen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tilsett melken, litt og litt av gangen. R\u00f8r godt mellom hver gang for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 klumper. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kok opp og la sausen sm\u00e5koke over svak varme til \u00abmelsmaken\u00bb er borte.
