<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>KM1:<\/strong> Planlegge og bruke egnede redskaper, teknikker og matlagingsmetoder til \u00e5 lage trygg og b\u00e6rekraftig mat som gir grunnlag for god helse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KM2: <\/strong>Bruke sansene til \u00e5 vurdere kvaliteten p\u00e5 matvarer, utforske og kombinere smaker i matlagingen og forbedre oppskrifter, menyer og anretning av maten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Utstyr som er ekstra viktig<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PC eller liknende for \u00e5 se class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forberedelser til timen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hensikten med dette undervisningsopplegget er at elevene skal erfare hvor enkelt det kan v\u00e6re \u00e5 tilberede fisk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finn ut hvor mange grupper du skal dele klassen inn i, og bestem om dere skal lage samme eller forskjellig retter. Med tanke p\u00e5 at oppskriftene kanskje tar litt ulik tid \u00e5 lage, kan det v\u00e6re nyttig at alle gruppene har samme oppskrift, men at dere kan variere tilbeh\u00f8ret.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kj\u00f8p r\u00e5varer i henhold til oppskriften. Tilbeh\u00f8ret kan trikses og mikses etter hva dere har mulighet til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe inn og ut ifra egen kreativitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Del 1 \u2013 Teori<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fisk-som-ravare\">Fisk som r\u00e5vare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fisk er en viktig r\u00e5vare for oss. Med en lang kystlinje er forutsetningene til stede for at vi enkelt kan f\u00e5 i oss viktige n\u00e6ringsstoffer. Alle typer fisk er kilde til protein, selen, jod og vitamin B12. Fet fisk som laks, \u00f8rret, makrell og sild, tilf\u00f8rer i tillegg umettet fett, og de fettl\u00f8selige vitaminene A og D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hvordan-spiser-ungdom-fisk\">Hvordan spiser ungdom fisk?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Norges sj\u00f8matr\u00e5d gjennomf\u00f8rer\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/seafood.no\/aktuelt\/nyheter\/270-000-norske-barn-og-unge-spiser-nesten-ikke-fisk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unders\u00f8kelser<\/a>\u202fom barn og ungdoms inntak av fisk, og siste resultat viser at:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Norge bor det ca. 772 000 barn og unge mellom 8 og 18 \u00e5r, if\u00f8lge SSB. Ser vi n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 antallet unge individer bak prosentandelene fra unders\u00f8kelsen f\u00e5r vi f\u00f8lgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 % (over 46 000) barn og unge spiser sjelden eller aldri fisk til middag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 % (ca. 270 000) barn og unge spiser fisk til middag sjeldnere enn \u00e9n gang i uken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 % (ca. 54 000) barn og unge spiser fisk til middag minst tre ganger i uken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>23 % (nesten 178 000) barn og unge spiser snacks og godterier tre ganger i uken eller oftere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><sub>Kilde: Sj\u00f8matr\u00e5det (2022) <a href=\"https:\/\/seafood.no\/aktuelt\/nyheter\/270-000-norske-barn-og-unge-spiser-nesten-ikke-fisk\/\">270 000 norske barn og unge spiser nesten ikke fisk<\/a><\/sub><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-helsemyndighetene-anbefaler\">Helsemyndighetene anbefaler:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spis fisk 2-3 ganger i uka. Det tilsvarer 300-450 gram ren fisk, hvorav 200 gram b\u00f8r v\u00e6re fet fisk som laks, makrell og sild. Spis gjerne fiskep\u00e5legg i tillegg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En middagsporsjon blir regnet som 150\u2013200 gram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En p\u00e5leggsporsjon med fisk blir regnet som 25 gram. Det g\u00e5r ofte lettere dersom dere fordeler oppgavene og setter p\u00e5 ovnen med en gang dersom noe skal i stekeovnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox wp-block-t2-factbox has-background has-background-3-background-color\" id=\"t2-factbox\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-factbox__blocks t2-factbox__inner-container is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n<p><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Til grateng eller fiskesuppe: Bruk gjerne fisk fra rester som allerede er varmebehandlet.
