N\u00e5r Melange er blitt lysebrun betyr det at pannen holder riktig temperatur for kylling.<\/li><li>La kyllingen hvile noen minutter etter steking. Fisk er lett \u00e5 lykkes med bare du f\u00f8lger noen enkle trinn. <\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>F\u00f8rst og fremst er det viktig at fisken er fersk, som en tommelfingerregel kan man si at fersk fisk ikke skal lukte fisk.<\/li><li>La fisken ligge i romtemperatur en halv time f\u00f8r steking. T\u00f8rk s\u00e5 godt av den og krydre med salt og pepper.<\/li><li>Frossen fisk tines gjerne i kj\u00f8leskapet, og brukes med det samme.<\/li><li>Proteinene i fiskekj\u00f8ttet t\u00e5ler ikke s\u00e5 h\u00f8y temperatur som proteinene i kj\u00f8tt, og b\u00f8r derfor stekes ved middels varme (ca. 160 grader). Bruker du Melange ser du at temperaturen er riktig n\u00e5r Melange blir lys brun.<\/li><li>Stek fisken noen minutter til den f\u00e5r en fin brun farge. Hvis Melange har for lav temperatur vil kj\u00f8ttet skille ut vann og fett, noe som vil gj\u00f8re at det blir hardt og gr\u00e5tt.<\/li><li>Kj\u00f8tt som skal stekes raskt, for eksempel svinekoteletter, lam eller tynne skiver av oksekj\u00f8tt, stekes ved ca. 170 grader.<\/li><li>En biff som skal v\u00e6re godt stekt utenp\u00e5 og r\u00e5 inni, stekes raskt ved ca.180 grader. Bruker du Melange ser du at pannen holder riktig temperatur n\u00e5r Melange blir gyllen.<\/li><li>Stek biffen til det begynner \u00e5 komme saft opp p\u00e5 oversiden. Snu biffen og stek den andre siden til saften kommer opp p\u00e5 overflaten.<\/li><li>La kj\u00f8ttet hvile noen minutter etter steking.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-50-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing is-style-horizontal-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-50-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner alignwide\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center aligncenter wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-om-melange-innebygde-temperatursignal\">Les om Melange &laquo;innebygde&raquo; temperatursignal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center aligncenter\">Melange har et &laquo;innebygd&raquo; temperatursignal i de faste stoffene, som faller til bunnen og brunes.
