Han har lang og god erfaring med \u00e5 lage vellykkede butterdeiger og er klar p\u00e5 hva som er viktig for \u00e5 lykkes med butterdeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Jeg bruker alltid margarin i butterdeigen. Margarin er veldig kjevlevennlig og enkel \u00e5 jobbe med, og den har et h\u00f8yere smeltepunkt. Dette gj\u00f8r det blir enklere \u00e5 lykkes med butterdeigen. Det er nemlig margarinen mellom deiglagene i butterdeigen som gj\u00f8r at den l\u00f8fter seg i ovnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Skaar legger til at man ikke m\u00e5 gi opp dersom butterdeigen ikke sitter p\u00e5 f\u00f8rste fors\u00f8k, for det kan v\u00e6re at det kreves et par fors\u00f8k f\u00f8r det sitter.
