Foodlab har som m\u00e5l \u00e5 servere sine kunder det de mener er Norges r\u00e5este catering, og Petterson har derfor flere tips i ermet som kan hjelpe deg \u00e5 sette sammen en festmeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-planlegg-godt\">Planlegg godt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Det er viktig med god planlegging f\u00f8r du g\u00e5r i gang med festmenyen. Planlegg hva du skal lage og hva du b\u00f8r handle inn i forkant, det vil du spare verdifull tid p\u00e5, forteller Pettersson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Hva trenger du \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe av r\u00e5varer? M\u00e5 du ha utstyr som stearinlys, duker, tallerkener, glass eller andre ting? F\u00e5 ned alt p\u00e5 handlelisten, og s\u00f8rg for \u00e5 f\u00e5 med alt p\u00e5 samme handletur, oppfordrer cateringsjefen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Mange setter ikke av nok tid til \u00e5 planlegge selve matlagingen. G\u00e5r du for en 4-retters, kan du starte med fisk, etterfulgt av suppe, kj\u00f8tt og dessert. Den kalde retten b\u00f8r serveres f\u00f8rst, men du kan fint servere kun varme retter ogs\u00e5, forklarer kokken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pettersson legger til at det er lurt \u00e5 passe p\u00e5 at rettene ikke blir for store og mektige. Har du en kraftig hovedrett, er det bra \u00e5 ha med en forrett eller dessert som er lett, frisk og syrlig for \u00e5 balansere menyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">N\u00e5r du serverer flere retter er det ogs\u00e5 viktig \u00e5 tenke gjennom menyen slik at smakene kommer best frem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 \u00c5 servere en chilisuppe til forrett kan bli for mye om den etterf\u00f8lges av for eksempel kokt torsk. Man beh\u00f8ver for eksempel ikke en hel bakt potet ved siden av kj\u00f8ttet i hovedretten, eller en stor kake til dessert, forklarer han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Har du fisk til forrett, holder det med 60 gram fisk per person. Til hovedrett er 160 gram kj\u00f8tt eller fisk en passelig mengde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pr\u00f8v for eksempel en <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/oppskrift\/melange\/chiliglasert-svinenakke\/\">chiliglasert svinenakke<\/a> eller en klassisk <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/oppskrift\/melange\/biffgryte-bourguignon\/\">biff bourguignon<\/a> som hovedrett. Foretrekker du fisk, kan du lage en smakfull <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/oppskrift\/melange\/ovnsbakt-orret-med-koriader\/\">ovnsbakt \u00f8rret med koriander<\/a>. Som tilbeh\u00f8r kan du velge <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/oppskrift\/melange\/bakt-sopp\/\">bakt sopp med hvitl\u00f8k og timian<\/a> eller poteter med hvitl\u00f8k og laurb\u00e6rblader.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Etter en tung forrett og hovedrett er det for eksempel godt med noe friskere til dessert.<br> \u2013 Da kan det v\u00e6re godt med en frisk yoghurtsorbet. Noen ganger kan det ogs\u00e5 passe bedre med en tallerken med noe salt \u2013 for eksempel ulike oster. P\u00e5 sommeren vil du for eksempel kanskje ha vaniljeis og jordb\u00e6r, og ikke en stor og tung creme brulee.<br> \u2013 Her er mitt beste tips \u00e5 s\u00f8ke p\u00e5 internett p\u00e5 hva som er i sesong. Da f\u00e5r du b\u00e5de best pris og best kvalitet p\u00e5 det du skal servere, sier Pettersson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">P\u00e5 sommeren er det b\u00e6r og friske smaker som gjelder, og p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten kommer det mange fine rotgr\u00f8nnsaker, og det er tid for lam.
