Hun har de siste 15 \u00e5rene levd p\u00e5 en melkefri og glutenfri diett etter en lengre tids sykdom, og har brukt mye tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve seg frem med melkefri bakst. Hun forteller at det er viktig \u00e5 smake seg frem til de melkefrie produktene man liker best n\u00e5r man skal bake uten melk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 De siste \u00e5rene har det kommet mange gode erstatningsprodukter p\u00e5 markedet. B\u00e5de flytende og faste melkefrie margariner, melkefrie melkeerstatninger, veganske oster av kokos og soya, samt soya- og havrebaserte yoghurter, sier Skjelvan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enkelt-a-bake-uten-melk\">Enkelt \u00e5 bake uten melk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Skjelvan forteller at det er veldig enkelt \u00e5 bake uten melk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Bak og ha tro p\u00e5 egne ferdigheter. \u00c5 bake uten melk er veldig enkelt \u2013 bytt ut meieriproduktene med erstatningsprodukter og resultatet blir nesten slik du er vant til. Er du redd smaken blir annerledes, s\u00e5 pr\u00f8v noe du aldri har bakt f\u00f8r, sier bloggeren som trekker frem spesielt \u00e9n kake som er veldig enkel \u00e5 gj\u00f8re melkefri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Suksessterte lages enkelt melkefri ved \u00e5 bruke melkefri margarin. De ulike plantebaserte melkene varierer i tekstur og smak, og det kan derfor v\u00e6re lurt \u00e5 velge melk ut fra hvilken rett eller kake som skal tilberedes. Velg gjerne us\u00f8tet melk, da disse vil endre smaken p\u00e5 sluttresultatet minst mulig. Slik bruker du de ulike melketypene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mandelmelk\">Mandelmelk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Mandelmelk har en naturlig fyldig og n\u00f8tteaktig smak som gjerne passer best til s\u00f8t bakst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rismelk\">Rismelk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Rismelk er en lett, frisk og noe s\u00f8t melk som er mye tynnere i teksturen enn kumelk. Den gir derfor ikke den kremede smaken mange kaker eller retter skal f\u00e5 fra melken eller fl\u00f8ten. Soyamelken egner seg godt til \u00e5 erstatte kumelk for eksempel i pannekaker, vafler, boller og annen halvs\u00f8t bakst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-havremelk\">Havremelk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Havremelken er ogs\u00e5 veldig lett i teksturen og har en mild s\u00f8tsmak. Ogs\u00e5 denne erstatter oppskrifter med lettmelk eller skummet melk der du ikke er avhengig av fyldig og kremet smak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erstatte-kefir-kulturmelk\">Erstatte kefir\/kulturmelk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">N\u00e5r du skal erstatte kefir eller kulturmelk i oppskriften, er det viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 inn litt syre. Dette kan du gj\u00f8re ved \u00e5 tilsette 1 ts eddik per 2 dl melk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erstatte-margarin-smor\">Erstatte margarin\/sm\u00f8r<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/produkt\/melange\/usaltet-margarin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Melange Melkefri og Vegansk <\/a>og <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/melange\/produkt\/flytende-melange-melkefri-vegansk\/\">Flytende Melange Melkefri og Vegansk<\/a> inneholder ingen melkeproteiner og kan brukes som erstatning til vanlig margarin eller sm\u00f8r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erstatte-flote-romme\">Erstatte fl\u00f8te\/r\u00f8mme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Det finnes flere plantebaserte fl\u00f8teprodukter for eksempel av havre og soya.
