P\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenet hjemme i Oslo er det blitt komponert mange nye retter og servert mange gode m\u00e5ltider. Lapskaus er en middagsklassiker som er enkel \u00e5 variere, og lett \u00e5 lage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 En klassisk brun lapskaus best\u00e5r som regel av like deler brunet oksekj\u00f8tt og brunet l\u00f8k, samt poteter. Jeg bruker alltid gr\u00f8nnsaker i min lapskaus. Der begynte hun i 1962, som husstellkonsulent og leder av firmaets opplysningskontor, Mills Matforum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ved siden av jobbet i Mills, bidro hun ogs\u00e5 i 200 programmer med Fjernsynskj\u00f8kkenet, som gikk p\u00e5 NRK i en \u00e5rrekke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">N\u00e5 er Liv pensjonist, men jobber likevel for Mills innimellom. Hun er fortsatt veldig glad i \u00e5 lage mat, og lager middag til seg og mannen \u00d8yvind hver eneste dag klokken 18.00. Med dessert! Og spiser de lapskaus h\u00f8rer b\u00e5de akevitt og \u00f8l til, mener Liv. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Faste innslag p\u00e5 dessertmenyen er for tiden hjemmelaget eplemos og byggryns saftsuppe. Svineknoke er rimelig og gir god kraft og mye smak.<\/li><li>Lapskaus er perfekt \u00e5 lage dersom du har rester av kokte gr\u00f8nnsaker og poteter. Brunet l\u00f8k er selvskreven. Skulle det bli litt lite, server et speilegg i tillegg.<\/li><li>Blir lapskausen for tynn, kan du tilsette mer potet. Del en potet i sm\u00e5 terninger og kok dem myke i litt vann. Lag mos og tilsett.<\/li><li>Et annet tips er \u00e5 tilsette litt Mills potetmos. Det gir mer smak. Bruk rikelig med sellerirot som erstatning for kj\u00f8ttet.<\/li><li>Lag en \u00absuppekvast\u00bb av purreblad og urter som persille, sellerigr\u00f8nt eller timian. Bind det hele sammen med en hyssing og la det koke sammen med kj\u00f8ttet.
