Oppskriften p\u00e5 Delfiakake kommer fra Margarincentralens Husmortjeneste som ble opprettet i 1949. Kaken ble s\u00e5 popul\u00e6r at S\u00e6thres Kjeksfabrikk laget en spesialtilpasset kjeks til kaken kalt \u00abPer\u00bb som dessverre ikke er til salgs lengre i
