Bruker du plastpose, faller soppen sammen og blir en klissete masse. Da greier du ikke \u00e5 identifisere soppen. Stekt sopp smaker nydelig, og p\u00e5 en br\u00f8dskive med ovnsbakt leverpostei kan det enkelt bli et lite m\u00e5ltid i seg selv. En lettvint m\u00e5te \u00e5 tilsette litt ekstra smak p\u00e5, er \u00e5 krydre soppen med litt t\u00f8rket timian eller rosmarin i det du tilsetter margarinen i pannen. Litt finhakket hvitl\u00f8k og persille gir ogs\u00e5 ekstra god smak til soppen. Du kan ogs\u00e5 skj\u00e6re tynne strimler av r\u00f8dl\u00f8k og steke disse sammen med soppen. Legger du til 1-2 spiseskjeer av balsamicosaus f\u00e5r du en nydelig, frisk smak som g\u00e5r perfekt sammen med b\u00e5de soppen og leverposteien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-slik-steker-du-fersk-sopp\">Slik steker du fersk sopp:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soppen m\u00e5 b\u00f8rstes fri for sand, men skal ikke vaskes i vann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm opp en stekepanne p\u00e5 middels sterk varme, uten olje eller margarin, og legg i soppen. La soppen ligge i fred et par minutter f\u00f8r du rister lett p\u00e5 pannen. Stek soppen til den har v\u00e6sket seg ferdig og blitt t\u00f8rr igjen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rist p\u00e5 pannen og tilsett 1 til 2 ss margarin. Vend soppen i margarinen til den er gyllen overalt. Smak til med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-slik-steker-du-frossen-sopp\">Slik steker du frossen sopp:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tin soppen og la den renne av seg p\u00e5 et kj\u00f8kkenpapir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soppen har mye fuktighet, stek den t\u00f8rr f\u00f8r du tilsetter sm\u00f8r eller olje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ha soppen i varm panne, uten fett og la den steke seg t\u00f8rr f\u00f8r du tilsetter sm\u00f8r eller olje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing is-style-horizontal-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fryse-sopp\">Fryse sopp:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Frysing er den vanligste m\u00e5ten \u00e5 konservere sopp p\u00e5. Du kan gj\u00f8re det p\u00e5 to m\u00e5ter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Med steking: <\/em>Legg soppen i en middels varm panne uten olje eller margarin, og vent til den faller sammen i sin egen kraft. Ha soppen over i frysebeger og frys ned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>R\u00e5fryst<\/em>: Del soppen i mindre biter og frys den i tett emballasje. R\u00e5fryst sopp b\u00f8r benyttes i l\u00f8pet av 3 m\u00e5neder, da den lett t\u00f8rker ut. V\u00e6r obs p\u00e5 at soppen da m\u00e5 varmebehandles f\u00f8r den spises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill has-neutral-1000-color has-neutral-0-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-torke-sopp\">T\u00f8rke sopp:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Det er flere m\u00e5ter \u00e5 t\u00f8rke soppen p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>I ovnen:<\/em> Du kan ogs\u00e5 fordele soppen utover en stekeplate og ha den i en stekeovn som har d\u00f8ren p\u00e5 gl\u00f8tt og holder 50 grader. Det tar 2 til 7 timer \u00e5 t\u00f8rke soppen, avhengig av st\u00f8rrelse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>I soppt\u00f8rker: <\/em>Det finnes ogs\u00e5 egne sopp- og fruktt\u00f8rkere en kan f\u00e5 kj\u00f8pt hos elektronikkforhandlere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>P\u00e5 varmt gulv:<\/em> Du kan legge soppen p\u00e5 et avispapir p\u00e5 gulv med varmekabler og la den ligge der til den er knuskt\u00f8rr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hermetisering\">Hermetisering:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Hermetisering er en mindre vanlig konserveringsmetode, men hvis hermetiseringen er riktig utf\u00f8rt og glassene oppbevares kj\u00f8lig og m\u00f8rkt, kan slik sopp oppbevares i flere \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em>Slik g\u00e5r du frem:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bruk sm\u00e5 eller store sopp som kan deles i pene biter. Lettsaltet vann kokes opp og soppen legges i. La det sm\u00e5koke i 5-6 minutter. Ta soppen opp med hullsleiv og legg over i egnede glass, for eksempel syltet\u00f8yglass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fyll glassene 2\/3 fulle. Sil kokekraften og fyll i glassene, ikke h\u00f8yere enn 2 cm fra kanten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sett p\u00e5 lokk og sett glassene i en kjele med en klut eller rist i bunnen. Fyll kjelen opp med vann til samme h\u00f8yde som v\u00e6skeniv\u00e5et i glassene. Kok glassene i 1 time p\u00e5 100 grader. Bruk termometer for \u00e5 sjekke temperaturen p\u00e5 kokevannet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ta glassene ut av kjelen, sett dem p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenbenken og la dem avkj\u00f8les. Lokket skal n\u00e5 ha sugd seg fast.
