Heldigvis er det ikke s\u00e5 mye som skal til for \u00e5 lage en matpakke som b\u00e5de smaker godt og gir kroppen riktig p\u00e5fyll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Barn er i en vekstfase og kroppen trenger rikelig med n\u00e6ring for \u00e5 vokse og trives. Derfor er det ekstra viktig at de f\u00e5r i seg n\u00e6ringsstoffer som proteiner, langsomme karbohydrater og sunt fett, forteller ern\u00e6ringsr\u00e5dgiver, Marte Gjeitung Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enkelt-a-lage-godt-a-spise\">Enkelt \u00e5 lage, godt \u00e5 spise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En god matpakke trenger heldigvis ikke v\u00e6re komplisert for \u00e5 inneholde disse viktige n\u00e6ringsstoffene. Det kan v\u00e6re s\u00e5 enkelt som grove br\u00f8dskiver med margarin, magert kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg og friske gr\u00f8nnsaker. Matpakken trenger heller ikke \u00e5 se helt lik ut hver dag, og kan godt settes sammen av middagsrester eller noen av barnas favoritter. Stabilt blodsukker gir kroppen den beste forutsetningen for \u00e5 ha overskudd og energi i hverdagen.
