Som forelder kan det f\u00f8les vrient \u00e5 f\u00e5 barna til \u00e5 spise nok fisk,\u00a0men heldigvis finnes det flere m\u00e5ter \u00e5 dekke hele dagsbehovet for omega-3 p\u00e5.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"has-text-align-center mills-published-date wp-block-post-date has-text-color has-neutral-1000-color\"><time datetime=\"2017-02-20T09:14:19+01:00\">20. februar 2017<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing is-style-horizontal-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p>Tran og fet fisk er de beste kildene til omega-3, derfor anbefaler norske helsemyndigheter oss \u00e5 spise 300 til 450 gram fisk i uka, noe som tilsvarer to til tre middagsporsjoner. Av dette b\u00f8r minst 200 gram kommer fra fet fisk som laks, \u00f8rret, makrell eller sild. Norske helsemyndigheter anbefaler at omega-3 b\u00f8r utgj\u00f8re ca. 1 prosent av det daglige energiinntaket. EUs mattryggingsorgan EFSA anbefaler et daglig inntak av omega-3 p\u00e5 250 milligram, og ytterligere 100 til 200 gram for gravide og ammende.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"is-style-vertical-spacing aligncenter is-section-text wp-block-mills-section\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p>\u2013Vi regner at man bruker 18 gram Polarkaviar p\u00e5 \u00e9n skive. Spiser du to skiver med Polarkaviar vil du f\u00e5 i deg 270 milligram omega-3, som er akkurat i overkant av hva EFSA anbefaler per dag, sier Byfuglien. Polarkaviar inneholder ogs\u00e5 mindre salt og sukker enn original kaviar, og vant senest i november 2016 en test som sunneste kaviar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rene, norske r\u00e5varer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Polarkaviar er laget av rene, norske r\u00e5varer, hentet fra fisk fra polare farvann. Kaviaren inneholder dermed ogs\u00e5 noe vitamin D som finnes naturlig i rognen, sier Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Omega-3-fettsyrer har en god forebyggende effekt p\u00e5 hjerte- og karsykdom, blodtrykk, syn og utviklingen av hjernen.
