Trikset er \u00e5 tine dem uten at de blir seige. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Bruker man for mye varme n\u00e5r man skal tine reker, risikerer man at de blir seige. Det h\u00f8res kanskje rart ut \u00e5 tine i kaldt vann, men tenk p\u00e5 at frosne reker er enda kaldere enn kaldt vann, og s\u00e5 blir det ikke s\u00e5 rart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fyll en stor bolle med kaldt vann, ha i rekene og r\u00f8r godt rundt i ett til to minutter minutt.<\/li><li>Deretter heller du av omtrent halvparten av vannet, som n\u00e5 har blitt enda kaldere, og fyller p\u00e5 med kaldt vann.<\/li><li>R\u00f8r rundt i ett til to minutter igjen, og sjekk hvordan det st\u00e5r til med rekene.<\/li><li>Er de fortsatt ikke helt tint heller du av vann og fyller p\u00e5 og r\u00f8rer i nye ett til to minutter.<\/li><li>N\u00e5r rekene er tint, heller du av vannet.
