Hell over den varme melkeblandingen i tre omganger og r\u00f8r om til sjokoladen er smeltet.<\/li> <li>R\u00f8r inn Olivero Flytende.<\/li> <li>Hell sjokoladesausen over i kasserollen og varm opp til den tykner litt. Trekk sausen bort fra varmen f\u00f8r den begynner \u00e5 koke.<\/li> <li>Rist hasseln\u00f8tter i en t\u00f8rr stekepanne p\u00e5 sterk varme i 3-5 minutter. La n\u00f8ttene avkj\u00f8les litt.<\/li> <li>Gni de ristede hasseln\u00f8ttene i hendene for \u00e5 fjerne skallet. R\u00f8r hasseln\u00f8ttene inn i sjokoladekremen sammen med grovt salt.<\/li> <li>Sjokoladesausen kan gjerne serveres lun. Da er den litt mer flytende. Ikke r\u00f8r underveis, da kan sukkeret krystallisere.<\/li> <li>Ta kasserollen bort fra varmen, tilsett Olivero Flytende og visp godt til det slutter \u00e5 frese og sausen er jevn. Jobb raskt s\u00e5 karamellen ikke stivner, men v\u00e6r forsiktig \u2013 karamellen er veldig varm.<\/li> <li>Sett kasserollen tilbake p\u00e5 middels sterk varme og tilsett kremfl\u00f8te. Kok opp under omr\u00f8ring.<\/li> <li>Ta kasserollen bort fra varmen n\u00e5r karamellsausen begynner \u00e5 boble, r\u00f8r inn flaksalt og fortsett \u00e5 r\u00f8re i 2 minutter.
