Raps er en gammel kulturplante som dyrkes p\u00e5 S\u00f8rlandet, i Rogaland, omkring Oslofjorden og i store deler av S\u00f8r-Sverige. Den dyrkes ogs\u00e5 s\u00f8rover i Europa, i USA og i Canada.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Rapsoljen vi bruker i Soft Flora kommer hovedsakelig fra Nord-Europa, og dyrkes blant annet i Sverige, Danmark og Tyskland.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Rapsen er klar for h\u00f8sting n\u00e5r blomstene har blitt til lange, brune belger. Inni disse belgene finner vi sm\u00e5 sorte fr\u00f8 med et oljeinnhold p\u00e5 nesten 40 prosent. Fr\u00f8ene presses og ut kommer en gyllen, gul olje med n\u00f8ytral smak. Akkurat som olivenoljen inneholder den lite mettet fett. Rapsoljen har faktisk ogs\u00e5 en litt h\u00f8yere andel flerumetted fett, og den mest gunstige fordelingen mellom omega 3 og omega 6.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Rapsolje er alts\u00e5 et naturlig produkt, som regnes som en av de mer b\u00e6rekraftige blant matoljene.
