Da hun selv ble mor ble sunn og n\u00e6ringsrik mat enda viktigere for henne. Det er viktig \u00e5 ikke gj\u00f8re det til en stressende oppgave i hverdagen. Ta gjerne med barna s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r l\u00e6re seg \u00e5 lage matpakke og skj\u00e6re opp frukt og gr\u00f8nt fra tidlig alder. Med god veiledning kan de v\u00e6re med fra de er to-tre \u00e5r. De synes ofte det smaker bedre n\u00e5r de har v\u00e6rt med og laget maten, tipser Elin.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Det g\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 fint an \u00e5 sm\u00f8re et par skiver kvelden i forveien, legge dem i matboksen og oppbevare dem i kj\u00f8leskap til morgenen etter. Rester fra g\u00e5rsdagens kyllingmiddag og kokte byggryn er alltid en slager. Man skal ha lyst til \u00e5 spise matpakken og for meg er ogs\u00e5 fargene viktige. Ha oppi litt friske b\u00e6r, kiwi og gulr\u00f8tter for eksempel for \u00e5 f\u00e5 fargespill. Det hjelper nemlig lite med en sunn matpakke om den ikke blir spist.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Av og til overrasker jeg dem med vafler. Da lager jeg sunne frokostvafler laget med kesam, speltmel og havregryn, samt mer egg enn i vanlige vafler for ekstra protein. Disse er supre for b\u00e5de barn og voksne som er lei br\u00f8dskiver. Disse kan serveres med vanlig p\u00e5legg som ost og skinke. Dette legger jeg i sm\u00e5 fryseposer og fryser i porsjoner. N\u00e5r jeg da tar ut en liten pose om morgenen og legger i matpakka er br\u00f8det helt tint til lunsj. Da f\u00e5r man alltid ferskt br\u00f8d med seg.
