Helsedirektoratet anbefaler et variert kosthold med mye gr\u00f8nnsaker, frukt og b\u00e6r, grove kornprodukter og fisk og begrensede mengder bearbeidet kj\u00f8tt, r\u00f8dt kj\u00f8tt, salt og sukker, sier Marte Byfuglien, Helse- og ern\u00e6ringssjef i Mills.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Matpakken er en viktig del av kostholdet til b\u00e5de sm\u00e5 og store barn. Den skal mette sultne kropper som vokser mye, og det er derfor viktig at matpakken inneholder n\u00e6ringsrik mat de blir fristet til \u00e5 spise. I tillegg er egg en fin m\u00e5te \u00e5 f\u00e5 i seg jern, som er et mineral det er lett \u00e5 f\u00e5 for lite av. Jern er spesielt viktig for hjernens utvikling hos barnet.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">B\u00e5de proteinene i egget og den grove tortillaen er gunstig n\u00e5r man skal holde seg mett over tid.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Hjernen er det mest fettrike organet i kroppen, og barn som vokser og utvikler seg skal samtidig l\u00e6re mye og trenger derfor n\u00e6ringstett kost.
