Men er dette maten som gir deg best resultat? Sjekk hva ern\u00e6ringseksperten svarer. \n<\/p>\n<div class=\"has-text-align-center mills-published-date wp-block-post-date has-text-color has-neutral-1000-color\"><time datetime=\"2016-11-24T10:14:25+01:00\">24. november 2016<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Alle vet det er lurt med en god natt s\u00f8vn f\u00f8r eksamen, men hvor viktig er det egentlig \u00e5 spise riktig f\u00f8r og under en eksamen? Vi har spurt helse- og ern\u00e6ringssjef i Mills, Marte Gjeitung Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Kostholdet er viktig for konsentrasjonen. Hva du inntar av mat og drikke kan ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virke om du sover godt om natten. For eksempel kan kaffe, cola og mat med mye sukker \u00f8delegge nattes\u00f8vnen. Unng\u00e5 derfor dette utover kveldene, da s\u00f8vn er viktig for \u00e5 holde konsentrasjonen gjennom en lang dag, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Under eksamen gjelder det \u00e5 gi hjernen jevnt p\u00e5fyll med energi. Hovedkilden for energi til hjernen er glukose (som du blant annet f\u00e5r fra karbohydratrike matvarer som br\u00f8d, m\u00fcsli, frukt og pasta). I f\u00f8lge ern\u00e6ringsr\u00e5dgiveren b\u00f8r du derfor ideelt sett spise hver tredje til fjerde time slik at blodsukkeret ditt holder seg s\u00e5 stabilt som mulig.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Ikke glem drikke til eksamen<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Byfuglien minner om at det ogs\u00e5 er viktig \u00e5 drikke jevnt gjennom dagen, og at vann er beste t\u00f8rstedrikk.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Mangel p\u00e5 v\u00e6ske kan gj\u00f8re deg sliten, men husk at kaffe og andre koffeinholdige drikkevarer kan virke dehydrerende. Kaffe kan virke litt p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som sukker, den gir deg et l\u00f8ft, for deretter \u00e5 gi deg et energifall en stund etter. Det er derfor viktig \u00e5 kombinere ulike typer mat og drikke, sier ern\u00e6ringsr\u00e5dgiveren.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >\u2013 Finnes det mat som gj\u00f8r at man konsentrerer seg bedre?<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Mat som gir jevnt blodsukker gj\u00f8r at man konsentrerer seg bedre. Vi bruker gjerne et begrep som heter \u00abgrovkarbo\u00bb. Dette er grove karbohydrater som gir langsommere energi enn for eksempel sukker, godteri, cola, muffins og boller. De grove karbohydratkildene finnes i fullkorn og andre grove kornprodukter, samt gr\u00f8nnsaker<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >\u2013 Mange tar ned godteri, brus og energidrikker p\u00e5 eksamen. Har det noe for seg?<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u00ad\u2013 Dette er mat som kan f\u00f8re til d\u00e5rligere konsentrasjon, fordi det gir ustabilt blodsukker om det spises alene. Som sagt trenger hjernen jevn tilf\u00f8rsel av energi, og dette f\u00e5r du best ved et kosthold som s\u00f8rger for stabilt blodsukker. Godteri gir blodsukkerfall som igjen gir oss f\u00f8lelsen av tretthet, og da gjerne mangel p\u00e5 konsentrasjon, forklarer Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Om du likevel f\u00f8ler at du m\u00e5 ha med deg sjokolade eller andre s\u00f8tsaker for \u00e5 klare deg gjennom dagen, har helse- og ern\u00e6ringssjefen f\u00f8lgende tips:<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Fyll p\u00e5 jevnlig ved \u00e5 spise litt av gangen istedenfor \u00e5 spise alt p\u00e5 en gang. Det er likevel lurt \u00e5 ta med en skikkelig matpakke, gjerne med litt frukt og gr\u00f8nt ved siden av. Og nok \u00e5 drikke.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Frokost ikke viktigst p\u00e5 eksamensdagen<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >\u2013 Mange er nerv\u00f8se i forkant av eksamen og klarer ikke spise s\u00e5 mye til frokost. Er det ikke farlig om du venter med m\u00e5ltidet til litt senere?<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Det viktigste er at du har nok mat og drikke til hele eksamen. Du kan ogs\u00e5 pr\u00f8ve noe \u00abmindre\u00bb i form av en fruktsmoothie, frukt, eller en liten yoghurt for \u00e5 f\u00e5 kroppen i gang, foresl\u00e5r Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >\u2013 Er det noe man absolutt b\u00f8r unng\u00e5 \u00e5 spise i forbindelse med eksamen?<em><br \/> <\/em><\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Det er ingenting man absolutt b\u00f8r unng\u00e5s, men \u00e5 g\u00e5 l\u00f8s p\u00e5 alt godteriet sitt med en gang eksamen er i gang, uten \u00e5 ha en skikkelig matpakke i bakh\u00e5nd kan gi utslag i d\u00e5rlig konsentrasjon.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Byfuglien mener en god matpakke b\u00f8r inneholde grovt br\u00f8d eller knekkebr\u00f8d med p\u00e5legg du liker. En wrap, litt middagsrester eller en salat med fullkornspasta, linser, b\u00f8nner og avokado er ogs\u00e5 bra. Synes du det er for mye arbeid \u00e5 steke kylling kan du fint bruke kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg eller egg isteden. Det viktigste er at du har en kilde til protein med i matpakken.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Du trenger:<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">1 fullkornswrap<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">1 kyllingfilet, kan erstattes med kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg eller egg<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">3 skiver tomat<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">1\/2 avocado i skiver<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">1 neve babyspinat<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">1 ss Soft Flora<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">1 ss majones eller dressing<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Stek kyllingfilet til den er gjennomstekt og la den hvile mens du sm\u00f8rer wrapen med Soft Flora og finner frem resten av ingrediensene. Legg spinat, tomat, avocado og kylling skj\u00e6rt i skiver, lagvis p\u00e5 wrapen f\u00f8r du topper den med litt majones eller valgfri dressing. Rull den godt sammen og legg den i matboksen eller pakk den i matpapir.
