Ur\u00f8rt. Det er fort gjort \u00e5 ende opp med de samme skivene dag etter dag. Men matpakken trenger ikke v\u00e6re uinspirerende og kjedelig. Wraps kan fylles med alt fra vanlig p\u00e5legg til middagsrester og gr\u00f8nnsaker, og det krever lite tid ved kj\u00f8kkenbenken. Involver gjerne barna i matpakkelagingen, og la dem fylle wrapsene med det de har lyst p\u00e5. Middagsrester av kj\u00f8tt og fisk er perfekt til fyll, sammen med en h\u00e5ndfull bladgr\u00f8nt, agurk og gulr\u00f8tter i staver. Tre minibr\u00f8dskivene p\u00e5 trepinner. Muffins bakt med sammalt hvetemel, squash og pinjekjerner smaker supergodt og metter lenge. Muffinsene kan fylles med nesten alt, og kan v\u00e6re en fin m\u00e5te \u00e5 f\u00e5 barna til \u00e5 spise gr\u00f8nnsaker som for eksempel spinat. Brokkoli og skinke er ogs\u00e5 en kjempegod kombinasjon. Lag dem kvelden i forveien, s\u00e5 er alt klart til en travel morgen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong>Slik lager du grove muffins:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Du trenger<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>300 g revet squash<\/li> <li>50 g Soft Flora<\/li> <li>2 egg<\/li> <li>25 g sukker<\/li> <li>35 g revet parmesan<\/li> <li>175 g sammalt hvetemel<\/li> <li>1 ts bakepulver<\/li> <li>1\/2 ts salt<\/li> <li>35 g ristede pinjekjerner<\/li> <\/ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">T\u00f8rk den revne squashen i et rent kj\u00f8kkenh\u00e5ndkle. Smelt Soft Flora og pisk sammen med egg, sukker, salt og parmesan. Sikt inn mel og bakepulver. R\u00f8r inn pinjekjerner og squash, og hell blandingen i muffinsformer.
