Det gj\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 at kroppen klarer \u00e5 ta opp blant annet A, D og E og K-vitamin, forteller Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Umettet fett er det sunne fettet som reduserer kolesterolet. Det kan v\u00e6re enumettet og flerumettet og kjennetegnes ved at det er mykt eller flytende i kj\u00f8leskapet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eksempler-pa-matvarer-med-mye-umettet-fett-er\">Eksempler p\u00e5 matvarer med mye umettet fett er:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flytende og myk margarin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raps-, solsikke-, oliven- og soyaolje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avokado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Majones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00f8tter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fet fisk som laks, \u00f8rret, makrell og sild<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Mettet fett \u00f8ker risikoen for avleiringer i blod\u00e5rene v\u00e5re. N\u00e5r det skjer \u00f8ker risikoen for hjerte- og karsykdommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Produkter som inneholder mye mettet fett kommer oftest fra dyreriket. Det er for eksempel sm\u00f8r, fl\u00f8te, ost, bacon og medisterkaker. Det kommer an p\u00e5 kj\u00f8nn, alder, kroppsst\u00f8rrelse, kroppssammensetning og hvor aktiv du er, forklarer ern\u00e6ringsr\u00e5dgiveren. \u2013 Vi kan derfor ikke si at x antall gram av fet fisk, n\u00f8tter og planteoljer vil dekke dagsbehovet ditt. Det vil variere fra person til person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-det-er-anbefalt-a-fordele-energiinntaket-slik\">Det er anbefalt \u00e5 fordele energiinntaket slik:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>45-60 % fra karbohydrater<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25-40 % fra fett<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10-20 % fra protein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-25-40-fra-fett-bor-fordeles-slik\">De 25-40 % fra fett b\u00f8r fordeles slik:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maks 10 % fra mettede fettsyrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10-20 % fra enumettede fettsyrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-10 % fra flerumettede fettsyrer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">For en gjennomsnittlig voksen med energibehov p\u00e5 ca. 1800-2250 kcal vil dette tilsvare <strong>60-75 gram fett<\/strong> om dagen. For \u00e5 gi en viss pekepinn, s\u00e5 er 1 spiseskje olje = 15 gram fett. \u00c9n porsjon laks p\u00e5 150 gram = 26 gram fett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trenger-vi-mettet-fett\">Trenger vi mettet fett?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Det er ikke s\u00e5nn at du trenger \u00e5 passe p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 i deg mettet fett, sier Byfuglien. \u2013 Alle matvarer som inneholder fett vil inneholde en viss mengde av b\u00e5de umettet og mettet fett, s\u00e5 det er vanskelig \u00e5 unng\u00e5 mettet fett helt. Dette er uavhengig om fettsyren er mettet eller umettet, forklarer Byfuglien. \u2013 Om man spiser for mye umettet fett, alts\u00e5 mer enn kroppen klarer \u00e5 forbrenne, s\u00e5 vil dette resultere i for mye energi og kroppen vil lagre overskuddet.
