Han kan fortelle at fysisk aktivitet ogs\u00e5 vil ha en positiv innvirkning om man har f\u00e5tt p\u00e5vist h\u00f8yt kolesterol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong><em>\u2013 Kan fysisk trening alene p\u00e5virke verdiene? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Ja, fysisk trening alene kan p\u00e5virke kolesterolverdiene, men du f\u00e5r mer effekt om du gj\u00f8r endringer i kosthold samtidig. Fysisk aktivitet f\u00f8rer ikke til store endringer i det totale kolesterolniv\u00e5et, men endrer forholdet mellom det d\u00e5rlige kolesterolet, som reduseres, og det gode kolesterolet, som \u00f8kes.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong><em>\u2013 Vet man noe om hvordan fysisk trening p\u00e5virker kolesterolet? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 N\u00e5r man trener stimuleres enzymer som gj\u00f8r at det d\u00e5rlige kolesterolet, LDL, fjernes mer effektivt fra blodbanen og sendes inn til leveren. Her blir kolesterolet brutt ned. Likeledes hemmes enzymer som bryter ned det gode kolesterolet, HDL. Summen av dette er at det d\u00e5rlige kolesterolet senkes og det gode \u00f8kes.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><em><strong>\u2013 Hvor mye trening m\u00e5 til og hvilke tiltak gir best resultater?<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 B\u00e5de kondisjonstrening og styrketrening har vist seg \u00e5 v\u00e6re effektivt for \u00e5 redusere kolesterolniv\u00e5et. All kondisjons- og styrketrening har effekt p\u00e5 kolesterolet, men virkningen \u00f8ker med stigende mengde og intensitet. Kort fortalt: Litt er bra, men mer er bedre.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong><em>\u2013 Hvor mye kan man forvente at kolesterolverdiene endres? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Ved trening med moderat intensitet (s\u00e5 man blir svett og andpusten) i 120 minutter per uke er det vist at LDL-kolesterolet kan reduseres med inntil 10%, mens det gode kolesterolet \u00f8ker tilsvarende. Det er store individuelle variasjoner: Enkelte kan f\u00e5 en enda st\u00f8rre effekt, mens andre lavere.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong><em>\u2013 Hvor mye tid m\u00e5 du beregne fra du legger om livsstilen til du kan forvente m\u00e5lbare resultater? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Det tar tid f\u00f8r kolesterolniv\u00e5et endrer seg, s\u00e5 man m\u00e5 nok holde p\u00e5 mellom 6 og 12 m\u00e5neder f\u00f8r man ser den maksimale effekten av treningen.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\"><em><strong>\u2013 Er det tilfeller der slike tiltak ikke vil ha noen virkning?<\/strong><br \/> <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Selv om de aller fleste vil bedre kolesterolet sitt ved \u00e5 trene, vil man hos noen se at kolesterolet ikke endrer seg nevneverdig. Da er det viktig \u00e5 huske at treningen allikevel gir en helsegevinst. Fysisk aktivitet p\u00e5virker s\u00e5 godt som alle kroppens organer, inkludert hjernen, p\u00e5 en positiv m\u00e5te.
