Betaglukan er et vannl\u00f8selig fiber som finnes i bygg og havre, mens plantesteroler er plantenes eget kolesterol. Du finner det blant annet tilsatt i Vita Pro-Aktiv plantemargarin.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Under finner du tre middagsforslag som alle inneholder matvarer som reduserer kolesterolet. Alle er oppgitt i fire porsjoner og kan lages p\u00e5 en halvtimes tid. Majonesbaserte sauser er generelt et godt alternativ til tradisjonelt tilbeh\u00f8r til torsk, som smeltet sm\u00f8r eller sandefjordsm\u00f8r, da disse inneholder mye mettet fett.
