I l\u00f8pet av fem uker skal hun fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 \u00abspise kolesterolet ned \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>I f\u00f8lge Byfuglien trenger du ofte ikke forandre livet sitt totalt. Ved \u00e5 gj\u00f8re sm\u00e5 endringer vil du kunne oppn\u00e5 en merkbar effekt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><i>\u2013 <\/i>I fem uker skal Cathrin bytte ut matvarer med h\u00f8yt innhold av mettet fett til matvarer med innhold av umettet fett. Det betyr at hun skal bytte ut feite meieriprodukter med magre varianter, som lettmargarin og lettmelk. Hun skal ogs\u00e5 fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 spise mindre godteri. N\u00e5r fem uker er g\u00e5tt blir kolesterolniv\u00e5et hennes m\u00e5lt p\u00e5 nytt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Cathrins aller st\u00f8rste utfordring er s\u00f8tsug og den stadige sm\u00e5spisingen. Det kan v\u00e6re en utfordring i en hektisk hverdag n\u00e5r gjerne unner seg noe s\u00f8tt som en liten bel\u00f8nning. <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/vita-hjertego\/?post_type=post&amp;p=700\">F\u00e5 tips til hvordan du kan dempe s\u00f8tsuget her<\/a>. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Cathrin forteller at hun likevel har gjort endringer for \u00e5 ta eksperimentet p\u00e5 alvor. Hun har ikke kuttet ut kosen helt, men hun har gjort noen bevisste valg. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 En fredagstradisjon for meg er \u00e5 spise popkorn med smeltet meierism\u00f8r p\u00e5. I tr\u00e5d med r\u00e5dene fra Marte har jeg erstattet dette med <a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/produkt\/vita-hjertego\/vita-hjertego-flytende\/\">plantemargarin<\/a>, som inneholder mer umettet fett. Tommelfingerregelen er \u00e5 g\u00e5 fra mettet fett til umettet fett. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det er likevel en nerv\u00f8s Cathrin som tropper opp hos Marte n\u00e5r de fem ukene er over.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Jeg grudde meg kanskje mer til dette prosjektet enn n\u00f8dvendig, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">forteller Cathrin.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Det har v\u00e6rt mye enklere enn jeg trodde. I de siste ukene har jeg kuttet ned p\u00e5 h-melk i kaffen. Hun har klart \u00e5 spise ned kolesterolet sitt, fra 5,2 til 4,6. Det er gledelig \u00e5 se! Hun er godt innenfor det vi kaller et tilfredsstillende kolesterolniv\u00e5.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis hun klarer \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 disse niv\u00e5ene og denne livsstilen har hun en kjempegevinst for helsen sin. Det er ikke s\u00e5 mye som skal til! <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det er en lykkelig hovedperson som m\u00f8ter oss etter pr\u00f8ven.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Jeg er litt overrasket! Og glad! Yes. Det var bra! <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det er viktig med et variert kosthold og en sunn livsstil for \u00e5 ta vare p\u00e5 kroppen, og det \u00e5 erstatte mettet med umettet fett bidrar til \u00e5 opprettholde normale kolesterolverdier.
