Hun forklarer hvorfor det er vanskelig \u00e5 endre vanene sine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u2013 Innenfor psykologien regner man med at det tar to til tre \u00e5r f\u00f8r en ny vane er etablert, s\u00e5 det er en langsiktig prosess. Planlegg middagene for flere dager i gangen, og ta deg tid til \u00e5 storhandle slik at du har ingredienser til minst fem sunne middager i kj\u00f8leskapet, sier Sundf\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En d\u00e5rlig planlagt tur i butikken ender ofte med at man f\u00e5r med seg noe usunt i posen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 S\u00f8rg for at du har mest mulig av den maten du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 spise hjemme, slik at du velger frukt og gr\u00f8nnsaker, usaltede n\u00f8tter eller grovt br\u00f8d n\u00e5r suget melder seg, oppfordrer hun.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing is-style-horizontal-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sm\u00e5 endringer \u2013 stor gevinst<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Det er ogs\u00e5 viktig \u00e5 huske p\u00e5 at selv om det glipper noen dager innimellom, s\u00e5 er ikke dermed alt \u00f8delagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Mest sannsynlig vil det kommer dager du ikke klarer \u00e5 holde kursen, men det betyr ikke at du har d\u00e5rlig viljestyrke eller ikke mestrer m\u00e5lene du har satt deg \u2013 det er helt normalt, og bare \u00e5 komme i gang igjen, sier Sundf\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Hun oppfordrer ogs\u00e5 alle som har bestemt seg for \u00e5 legge om livsstilen til \u00e5 huske \u00e5 skryte av seg selv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u2013 I begynnelsen er vi gjerne veldig forn\u00f8yd med oss selv, men etter hvert tror vi at det skal g\u00e5 av seg selv, og fokuserer p\u00e5 det vi ikke f\u00e5r til i stedet for det vi faktisk klarer. Da er det fort gjort \u00e5 miste motivasjonen, sier hun.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">De st\u00f8rste helsegevinstene kommer ikke av de f\u00e5, store endringene vi gj\u00f8r, men alle de sm\u00e5 valgene vi tar i l\u00f8pet av hver eneste dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Vi mennesker er dessverre laget slik at vi aldri er helt forn\u00f8yde med oss selv \u2013 vi trodde kanskje at hvis vi bare klarte \u00e5 spise sunnere og trene mer s\u00e5 ville vi bli s\u00e5 forn\u00f8yde, men n\u00e5r det kommer til stykket s\u00e5 kjennes hverdagen kanskje lik ut som f\u00f8r. I dag jobber han som trener og ern\u00e6ringsr\u00e5dgiver i Finishline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>M\u00f8rland mener at bakgrunnen for at mange setter i gang med kost- eller treningsregimer etter nytt\u00e5r, henger sammen med to ting: At de har spist usunn mat i jula, samtidig som et nytt kalender\u00e5r for mange kan f\u00f8les som en fin m\u00e5te \u00e5 starte med blanke ark p\u00e5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 At mange mister motivasjonen kan selvf\u00f8lgelig ha flere forklaringer, men en viktig faktor tror jeg er at man gj\u00f8r en for stor endring fra utgangspunktet. Dersom man tidligere har trent to ganger i uken, er det sv\u00e6rt lite sannsynlig at man klarer \u00e5 legge om til fem ganger i uken. B\u00e5de fordi kroppen kanskje ikke er klar for det rent fysisk, men ogs\u00e5 fordi man ikke har innarbeidet et tankesett og rutiner som henger sammen med en slik livsstil, sier han.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull card-info is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-t2-post-title t2-post-title wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sma-og-realistiske-mal\">Sm\u00e5 og realistiske m\u00e5l<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">M\u00f8rlands beste r\u00e5d for \u00e5 holde treningsaktiviteten oppe over tid er \u00e5 sette seg sm\u00e5 og realistiske endringsm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Om du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 et stort m\u00e5l i fremtiden, s\u00e5 brekk det ned til mindre overkommelige m\u00e5l, slik at du kan oppleve mestringsf\u00f8lelse ofte. Det kjedeligste med trening er n\u00e5r man ikke f\u00f8ler mestring. Da er det fort gjort \u00e5 gi opp eller \u00e5 finne p\u00e5 noe annet som er g\u00f8yere.
