Kalkunkj\u00f8ttet blir fort t\u00f8rt av \u00e5 st\u00e5 og lagres, derfor er det lurt \u00e5 strimle restene av kalkunen og oppbevare de i en lukket beholder i kj\u00f8leskapet.
