P\u00e5 kortere turer, kan du b\u00e5de pakke mat som veier litt, samt ha med ferske r\u00e5varer som ikke blir fort d\u00e5rlig i utetemperatur. Skal du ut p\u00e5 lengre tur, er det lurt \u00e5 pakke mat som veier lite, men som metter og gir mye energi. Hommes favoritt er blant annet havregr\u00f8t, som ogs\u00e5 kan varmes p\u00e5 b\u00e5let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Homme er opptatt av \u00e5 tenke helhetlig og ha en god balanse av n\u00e6ringsstoffer i m\u00e5ltidene sine, uten \u00e5 m\u00e5le opp noe n\u00f8yaktig. Jeg b\u00e6rer gjerne med meg litt fettrik olje eller margarin ogs\u00e5, det er verdt den ekstra vekten, forteller hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Et annet godt tips fra turjenta er \u00e5 pakke mat etter v\u00e6ret. Er det kaldt ute, kan man fint ta med seg r\u00e5varer som ikke t\u00e5ler sommervarmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Hva slags mat jeg velger avhenger av om jeg skal p\u00e5 vinter- eller sommertur. P\u00e5 vinteren har man mer \u00e5 velge mellom siden maten ikke blir like fort d\u00e5rlig i kulden.
