Den er nemlig mer smakfull og friskere enn ferdigpestoen, ettersom smaken fra basilikumen blir svakere med tiden. De aller fleste ferdigpestoer inneholder dessuten hverken parmesan eller pinjekjerner, som er en viktig del av den gode smaken.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Den mest kjente pestoen er den klassiske, gr\u00f8nne pestoen. Men pesto kan varieres b\u00e5de p\u00e5 smak og farge ved \u00e5 bruke andre r\u00e5varer. Vi har laget den klassiske pestoen med basilikum, en r\u00f8d variant med solt\u00f8rkede tomater og en gul variant med bakt paprika.
