I en rapport som tar en bred gjennomgang av siste tilgjengelige forskning p\u00e5 feltet er derimot konklusjonen klar: \u00c5 bytte ut en del av det mettede fettet med umettet, gir mindre risiko for hjerte- og karsykdom.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"has-text-align-center mills-published-date wp-block-post-date has-text-color has-neutral-1000-color\"><time datetime=\"2017-08-29T09:24:53+02:00\">29. august 2017<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p>Grunnlaget for de norske kostr\u00e5dene er rapporten \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/helsedirektoratet.no\/Lists\/Publikasjoner\/Attachments\/400\/Kostrad-for-a-fremme-folkehelsen-og-forebygge-kroniske-sykdommer-metodologi-og-vitenskapelig-kunnskapsgrunnlag-IS-1881.pdf\">Kostr\u00e5d for \u00e5 fremme folkehelsen og forebygge kroniske sykdommer<\/a>\u00bb som kom i 2011. Siden den gang har flere nye vitenskapelige studier om mettet fett blitt publisert, og det har v\u00e6rt stilt sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l om mettet fett ikke er s\u00e5 skadelig som man har trodd tidligere. Helsedirektoratet ba derfor Nasjonalt r\u00e5d for ern\u00e6ring om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re en ny vurdering av kostr\u00e5dene om fett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 V\u00e5rt oppdrag var \u00e5 teste konklusjonene i kostr\u00e5dene fra Helsedirektoratets 2011 i lys av nyere forskning. Derfor har vi g\u00e5tt systematisk gjennom kostr\u00e5d fra andre land og store medisinske organisasjoner, samt vitenskapelige rapporter som er publisert siden 2010, forteller Erik Arnesen i Nasjonalt r\u00e5d for ern\u00e6ring, som ledet arbeidet med rapporten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-klar-konklusjon\">Klar konklusjon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Selv om det kan v\u00e6re forvirrende \u00e5 vite hva man skal tro om fett n\u00e5r man leser saker i media, er forskningen entydig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u2013 Vi ble overrasket over hvor samstemte forskningsresultatene er. Vi blir ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virket av media, og trodde at resultatene ville v\u00e6re mer sprikende. Vi har helgardert oss ved \u00e5 inkludere studier som har andre konklusjoner enn kostr\u00e5dene for at vi ikke skal beskyldes for \u00e5 ha en agenda. Men det er viktig \u00e5 understreke at kostr\u00e5dene m\u00e5 settes inn i en kontekst \u2013 det er helheten som teller mest, sier Arnesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>I f\u00f8lge rapporten konkluderer ny forskning med f\u00f8lgende:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Et kosthold med lite fett, og mindre mettet fett til fordel for flerumettet fett gir lavere risiko for hjerte- og karsykdom.<\/li><li>Mye frukt, gr\u00f8nnsaker og magre meieriprodukter med lite natrium og mettet fett gir redusert risiko for h\u00f8yt blodtrykk.<\/li><li>Lite fett og mettet fett, og minst 15 gram kostfiber per dag gir lavere risiko for type 2-diabetes.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull card-info is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-t2-post-title t2-post-title wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bred-internasjonal-enighet\">Bred internasjonal enighet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">I den nye gjennomgangen har arbeidsgruppen i Nasjonalt r\u00e5d for ern\u00e6ring sett p\u00e5 kostr\u00e5d fra en rekke andre land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Internasjonalt er det stor enighet om at mettet fett b\u00f8r byttes med umettet fett, og s\u00e6rlig det flerumettete. Uansett om man bor ved Middelhavet eller i Norden, s\u00e5 er r\u00e5dene om fett ganske like fra myndighetene. Det er interessant at anbefalingen st\u00e5r s\u00e5 sterkt p\u00e5 tvers av landegrenser og kulturer, sier divisjonsdirekt\u00f8r i Helsedirektoratet, Linda Granlund, i en <a href=\"https:\/\/helsedirektoratet.no\/nyheter\/ny-kunnskap-om-mettet-fett-styrker-kostradene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pressemelding<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Helsedirektoratet mener rapporten er et viktig kunnskapsgrunnlag n\u00e5r de gir kostr\u00e5d til befolkningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Vi kommer til \u00e5 fortsette \u00e5 f\u00f8lge med p\u00e5 forskningen b\u00e5de nasjonalt og internasjonalt.
