Vi kan skeie ut i matveien med verdens beste samvittighet. N\u00e5r jeg reiser p\u00e5 sommerferie sover jeg lenge og spiser masse god mat, tar en strawberry dauquiry p\u00e5 solsengen og bestiller gjerne b\u00e5de forrett, hovedrett og dessert til middag hvis jeg har lyst p\u00e5 det. Men jeg bruker ogs\u00e5 sunn fornuft, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pause-fra-hverdagen\">Pause fra hverdagen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Sandermoen mener hele poenget med ferie er at man skal ta en pause fra hverdagen, og kose seg og samle energi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u2013 Men man f\u00e5r ikke mye energi av \u00e5 ligge rett ut p\u00e5 ei solseng med en \u00f8l i den ene h\u00e5nda og en stor porsjon med pommes frites i den andre i flere uker i strekk. Ferie handler om \u00e5 kose seg, men ikke s\u00e5 mye at du f\u00f8ler deg uvel n\u00e5r du kommer hjem, det er verken sunt eller behagelig, sier hun.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull card-info is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-t2-post-title t2-post-title wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-liten-innsats-gir-store-resultater\">Liten innsats gir store resultater<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Caroline Sandermoen dropper gjerne treningen noen dager n\u00e5r hun er p\u00e5 ferie, og kan spise b\u00e5de pizza til lunsj og hamburger til middag.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Men jeg gj\u00f8r det ikke hver dag. Det skal bare en liten innsats til for at feriekosen blir litt sunnere. Selv om mange m\u00e5ltider inntas p\u00e5 restaurant betyr ikke det at du alltid trenger \u00e5 bestille de mektigste og feteste rettene p\u00e5 menyen til absolutt hvert m\u00e5ltid \u2013 det g\u00e5r fint an \u00e5 velge sunnere varianter uten at det trenger \u00e5 g\u00e5 utover kosen, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Passer gjerne p\u00e5 \u00e5 bevege deg litt hver dag. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Sv\u00f8m noen lengder, spill badminton eller g\u00e5 p\u00e5 sightseeing i n\u00e6romr\u00e5det. Det er ikke mye som skal til for \u00e5 holde formen ved like. Velg en tomatbasert saus istedenfor fl\u00f8tesausen, eller sp\u00f8r om du kan f\u00e5 sausen servert ved siden av, slik at du selv styrer mengden. Frister det med dessert kan du kanskje velge en sorbet eller frisk frukt istedenfor fl\u00f8teis og kaker?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Bytt ut pommes frites med gr\u00f8nnsaker halvparten av tiden:<\/strong> Er du p\u00e5 ferie i et av middelhavslandene for eksempel, har du tilgang p\u00e5 fantastiske gr\u00f8nnsaker. Det er helt greit \u00e5 spise litt pommes frites her og der, men pr\u00f8v \u00e5 unng\u00e5 det til hvert eneste m\u00e5ltid hver eneste dag. Bytt ut de frityrstekte potetene med en salat eller stekte gr\u00f8nnsaker av og til, og du gj\u00f8r kroppen din en kjempetjeneste. Og s\u00e5 smaker det jo helt nydelig!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Drikk mindre sukker:<\/strong> Kos deg gjerne med en pi\u00f1a colada eller brus i strandkanten, men pr\u00f8v \u00e5 begrense inntaket av sukkerholdige drikker. Det er viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 i seg nok v\u00e6ske i varmen, men velg vann som t\u00f8rstedrikk. Skal du kose deg med en drink om kvelden kan du velge cava, prosecco, t\u00f8rr hvitvin eller sodabaserte drinker.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Beveg deg litt hver dag:<\/strong> G\u00e5 hjem fra stranda istedenfor \u00e5 ta taxi, ta deg en spasertur langs strandkanten, sv\u00f8m noen lengder i havet, spill ballspill p\u00e5 stranda, g\u00e5r rundt i n\u00e6rmeste by og titt i butikkvinduer eller p\u00e5 markedet.
