Hun er utdannet ved Norges Idrettsh\u00f8yskole, har v\u00e6rt spaltist i en rekke magasiner og aviser, skrevet flere b\u00f8ker om helse, livsstil og trening og driver Treningsverkstedet i Oslo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 To tanker trengs for \u00e5 finne sommerbalansen: Ro og aktivitet. Jeg leser aldri s\u00e5 mye som i ferien \u2013 og l\u00f8per, sykler og g\u00e5r aldri s\u00e5 mange fine turer p\u00e5 nye steder. Jeg trener mindre enn vanlig, men pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 holde formen nesten ved like, forteller hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-annerledes-trening-i-ferien\">Annerledes trening i ferien<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Selv om det blir mindre og annerledes trening i ferien, fors\u00f8ker Thune alltid \u00e5 finne m\u00e5ter \u00e5 trene p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Det handler om \u00e5 se mulighetene der man er. Jeg er glad i \u00e5 l\u00f8pe, og trenger ikke mer enn en liten park eller en plen for \u00e5 f\u00e5 til en trenings\u00f8kt, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Er du i Syden er det \u00e5 g\u00e5 tur p\u00e5 stranda en fin opplevelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 En gang jeg var p\u00e5 Kreta hadde jeg noen fantastiske morgen- og kveldsturer langs stranda. Jeg gikk et stykke, sv\u00f8mte rundt et nes og kom til en ny strand. Jeg opplevde noen fantastiske solnedganger underveis, sier hun.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull card-info is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vaer-leken-og-eventyrlysten\">V\u00e6r leken og eventyrlysten<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ballspill og leker, sykkelturer, \u00e5 hoppe tau eller paradis, sv\u00f8mme noen lengder i sj\u00f8en eller et vann \u2013 det er bare fantasien som setter grenser for hvordan du kan f\u00e5 dine daglige 30 minutter med bevegelse mens du er p\u00e5 ferie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Hiv deg med i leken sammen med barna istedenfor \u00e5 bare sitte stille i en solstol eller ligge flat p\u00e5 stranda. Bonusen er at du blir brun over hele kroppen! Crossminton er en glimrende m\u00e5te \u00e5 v\u00e6re aktiv p\u00e5 i ferien: Det er en blanding mellom tennis og badminton som er raskt og lett \u00e5 l\u00e6re, og som kan gi fartsfylt aktivitet som t\u00e5ler b\u00e5de sand, vind og vann, sier Thune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Utforsk omr\u00e5det du ferier p\u00e5, enten til fots eller p\u00e5 sykkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 V\u00e6r litt eventyrlysten! Finnes det en kyststi i n\u00e6rheten? Er det bysykler du kan leie? Trener du morgen eller kveld unng\u00e5r du den varmeste tiden, og det er mindre sjanse for at det kolliderer med andre planer og aktiviteter. God planlegging sikrer at du f\u00e5r gjennomf\u00f8rt treningen, tipser Thune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Hvorfor ikke jogge til bakeren om morgenen og kj\u00f8pe ferske rundstykker til frokost? Eller rusle en tur til kaia for \u00e5 hente fersk fisk til grillen, eller kortreist frukt og gr\u00f8nt fra en g\u00e5rd i n\u00e6rheten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Litt bevegelse hver dag er det beste for helsa, og all forflytning teller. Det krever ikke s\u00e5 mye \u00e5 vedlikeholde som \u00e5 bygge opp. Fysisk aktivitet skal styrke livet \u2013 ikke styre det \u2013 og i ferien handler det om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re treningen til morsomme og annerledes opplevelser. Gj\u00f8r ting du synes er g\u00f8y, og gjerne sammen med barna. Ikke la treningen bli et stressmoment, men et morsomt tilskudd i et deilig avbrekk fra hverdagen, sier Thune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-flere-velger-aktiv-ferie\">Flere velger aktiv ferie<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00c5 planlegge en aktiv ferie er en trend som bare har blitt sterkere og sterkere de siste \u00e5rene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 For eksempel med noen dager p\u00e5 en sykkeltur eller fjelltur, eller ved \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 \u00e5 velge reisem\u00e5l med aktive muligheter, i naturen rundt eller som et treningstilbud. Vi vil i st\u00f8rre grad oppleve, v\u00e6re aktive og f\u00e5 helhetlig overskudd og bli sunne i ferien, sier Christine Thune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mills.no\/vita-hjertego\/?post_type=post&amp;p=702\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Artikkel: Trening for deg som ikke har tid til trening<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-primary-light-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing is-style-horizontal-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section has-background has-primary-light-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips til trenings\u00f8velser som er enkle \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re p\u00e5 ferie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-t2-post-title t2-post-title wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kondisjonstrening\">Kondisjonstrening:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Finn deg en park, plen eller strand \u00e5 l\u00f8pe p\u00e5. L\u00f8ping i sand er ekstra effektivt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Varm godt opp i 10 minutter med rask gange eller jogging.<\/li><li>10 til 20 minutter intervaller gir super treningseffekt, og krever liten plass om du velger noks\u00e5 korte intervaller, fra 30-60 sekunder til 3-4 minutter.<\/li><li>Pausene skal v\u00e6re aktive og kortere enn arbeidsperiodene, det vil si rask gange eller rolig jogging mellom farts\u00f8kningene.<\/li><li>Du skal holde jevn innsats og tempo i alle intervallene, s\u00e5 finn et tempo du mestrer, uten mye melkesyre.<\/li><li>Det viktigste er ikke hvilke intervaller du gj\u00f8r, men at du f\u00e5r 10 \u2013 20 minutter med h\u00f8y og god intensitet.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-t2-post-title t2-post-title wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-styrketrening\">Styrketrening:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Enkelt kroppsvektprogram 8 til 15 repetisjoner, med 2 til 3 serier av hver. Alt du trenger er en benk, som du finner i alle byparker, langs skogsbilveier, turveier og kyststier \u2013 eller i egen hage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kneb\u00f8y med hopp-opp.<\/strong> St\u00e5 inntil en benk og sett deg rolig ned til du nesten treffer benken med baken. Pass p\u00e5 vinkelen \u2013 du skal kunne se t\u00e6rne n\u00e5r du setter deg ned. Hopp deretter opp med armene over hodet og utstrakte ben.<\/li><li><strong>Armhevinger med strak kropp.<\/strong> Er du godt trent kan du ha beina p\u00e5 benken og armene p\u00e5 bakken. For de fleste holder det med armene p\u00e5 benken og beina p\u00e5 bakken. Med en h\u00f8y benk (for eksempel kj\u00f8kkenbenken) f\u00e5r alle til denne nyttige \u00f8velsen. Hold strak kropp og senk brystet helt ned til du har 90 graders b\u00f8y i albuene.<\/li><li><strong>Bulgarsk ettbeins kneb\u00f8y.<\/strong> Strekk et ben bakover og legg vristen p\u00e5 benken. Ta et langt skritt frem med det andre, slik at du f\u00e5r 90 grader i fremre kne n\u00e5r du b\u00f8yer ned i minst 90 grader. Pass p\u00e5 at kneet er rett over t\u00e6rne.<\/li><li><strong>Dips.<\/strong> Sitt p\u00e5 benken og sett hendene helt inntil baken med fingrene frem. Plasser f\u00f8ttene n\u00e6r benken for \u00e5 avlaste armene, eller ha strake bein lenger fra for \u00e5 f\u00e5 full vektoverf\u00f8ring til skuldre, armer og bryst. B\u00f8y til 90 grader i albuen.<\/li><li><strong>Hopp opp p\u00e5 benken<\/strong>. St\u00e5 med beina i hoftebredde, b\u00f8y litt ned for sats og hopp opp p\u00e5 benken til en kneb\u00f8y. G\u00e5 ned, hopp opp, og gjenta. Et enklere alternativ er \u00e5 hoppe i trapp med vanlig trinnh\u00f8yde.<\/li><li><strong>Oppstigning p\u00e5 h\u00f8y benk.<\/strong> Sett ett bein p\u00e5 benken, helst i en h\u00f8yde som gir cirka 90 graders vinkel. Strekk raskt opp, med minst mulig hjelp fra motsatt bein. Senk rolig ned igjen med kne over t\u00e5.
