Holder p\u00e5 med en mastergrad i idrettsern\u00e6ring ved Middelsex University i London:n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Jeg etterstreber \u00e5 f\u00f8lge de nasjonale kostholdsr\u00e5dene fra Helsedirektoratet, men velger \u00e5 ha et h\u00f8yere proteininntak i kostholdet siden jeg trener mye. Jeg drikker sjelden juice eller smoothie, ikke fordi det ikke er sunt, men fordi jeg foretrekker \u00e5 spise frukt og gr\u00f8nnsaker fremfor \u00e5 drikke det \u2013 det gir en bedre metthetsf\u00f8lelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Jeg pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 spise minst to frukter og 600 gram gr\u00f8nnsaker hver dag. I helgene blir det gjerne litt st\u00f8rre og f\u00e6rre m\u00e5ltider, og kanskje litt godteri eller is. Det er mange som tror at de m\u00e5 kutte ut alt mulig hvis de skal spise sunt, og dermed skaper un\u00f8dvendige restriksjoner i kostholdet sitt. Men det finnes s\u00e5 utrolig mye sunn mat som er kjempegod! Det handler om matglede, og det er det daglige kostholdet som teller mest og tross alt utgj\u00f8r brorparten av hva man spiser, s\u00e5 kan man godt skeie ut litt i helgene.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill has-neutral-1000-color has-neutral-0-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-martins-topp-5-tips\">Martins topp 5 tips:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00f8v \u00e5 f\u00e5 i deg 20 gram protein til hvert hovedm\u00e5ltid. Spis for eksempel fisk, kylling, egg, n\u00f8tter eller b\u00f8nner og linser.<\/li><li>F\u00e5 i deg 5 om dagen! To frukt og 400-600 gram b\u00e6r og gr\u00f8nnsaker.<\/li><li>Ikke tenk at slaget er tapt dersom du faller litt ut av din normale kostholdsrytme. \u00c5 spise sunt betyr ikke at alt m\u00e5 v\u00e6re perfekt.<\/li><li>Spis mat du liker og ikke kutt ut matvarer med mindre du har en intoleranse som er p\u00e5vist av lege\/klinisk ern\u00e6ringsfysiolog.<\/li><li>Spis et antall m\u00e5ltider hver dag som du trives med. R\u00f8rer gjerne inn et egg og noen cashewn\u00f8tter i gr\u00f8ten for \u00f8kt proteininnhold, det gir ogs\u00e5 god smak. Drikker vann og kaffe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Lunsj:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Knekkebr\u00f8d med makrell i tomat, salat og tomat. Drikker kaffe og sjokolademelk, det er en god proteinkilde og inneholder elektrolytter og viktige aminosyrer, og er en veldig god v\u00e6skeerstatter. Har skrevet flere b\u00f8ker om kosthold og helse, og er en synlig ekspert i media. n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Folk har en tendens til \u00e5 tro at fordi jeg er ern\u00e6ringsfysiolog og fordi jeg ogs\u00e5 er glad i \u00e5 trene, s\u00e5 spiser jeg BARE sunn mat, men det stemmer selvf\u00f8lgelig ikke. Jeg spiser vel kanskje ikke s\u00e5 mye av det usunne, men jeg kunne v\u00e6rt bedre p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 i meg mer av det jeg vet er sunt. Som frukt, b\u00e6r og gr\u00f8nnsaker, der syns jeg det er vanskelig \u00e5 f\u00e5 i meg nok. Og fisk! Og tran, som jeg sier til alle at de b\u00f8r ta, men som jeg glemmer \u00e5 ta selv og gi barna hver dag. Med tre barn, en hund, en aktiv hverdag og en jobb som selvstendig n\u00e6ringsdrivende, har jeg ikke akkurat problemer med \u00e5 f\u00e5 hverdagen til \u00e5 g\u00e5. Derfor er det viktig for meg at middagene ikke tar altfor lang tid. Jeg er glad i mat der jeg kan p\u00f8se p\u00e5 med sunne ingredienser, men som samtidig g\u00e5r ganske raskt \u00e5 lage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Cathrines beste tips: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Fokuser p\u00e5 alt du gjerne kan spise mer av istedenfor \u00e5 tenke s\u00e5 mye p\u00e5 hva du ikke b\u00f8r spise. Som frukt, b\u00e6r, gr\u00f8nnsaker, n\u00f8tter, fullkorn, fisk, n\u00f8tter og magre melkeprodukter. Noen dager blir det bare en kjapp skyr med korn eller noe annet som jeg f\u00e5r hevet i meg innimellom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Mellomm\u00e5ltid:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Mer n\u00f8tter, kanskje en banan og en kaffe hvis jeg tar en kjapp l\u00f8petur i skogen med hunden f\u00f8r jeg henter minstemann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Middag:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Typiske middager hjemme hos oss er fullkornspasta med hjemmelaget tomat- og kyllingkj\u00f8ttsaus med salat, laks med wokede gr\u00f8nnsaker, fiskeburger, eller hjemmelaget tomatsuppe. Kosemat er l\u00f8ksuppe, salmalaks med lime, v\u00e5rl\u00f8k og koriander, eller hjemmelaget pizza med parmaskinke. Steker i rapsolje eller Vita hjertego\u2019 Optimal, eller flytende margarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Kveldsmat:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Hvis jeg trener p\u00e5 kvelden, drikker jeg som regel en proteindrikk som har bra med omega-3 og protein i seg. Jeg har ingen ja- eller nei-mat, men p\u00e5 generell basis spiser jeg godt med frukt og gr\u00f8nnsaker, samt proteinrike matprodukter til nesten alle m\u00e5ltider.
