I tillegg driver hun Vollen Trening med utend\u00f8rsgrupper hele \u00e5ret, blant annet med barselgrupper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u2013 Mange tenker at det eneste de kan gj\u00f8re utend\u00f8rs er \u00e5 jogge, ellers m\u00e5 de p\u00e5 et treningssenter med treningsapparater for \u00e5 trene bra og riktig. Det er noe man ofte gjorde som barn, og en overraskende slitsom \u00f8velse \u00e5 gj\u00f8re som voksen, sier H\u00f8imyr.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ta i bruk lekeplassen:<\/strong> En lekeplass er et eldorado for den treningsglade. Du kan bruke huska som treningsslynge, eller trene hang ups i klatrestativet. Det smarte med \u00e5 bruke lekeplassen er at du kan trene mens barna leker, eller f\u00e5 med barna i morsomme aktiviteter. Har du med barn p\u00e5 turen kan du f\u00e5 ekstra motstand ved \u00e5 b\u00e6re barnet p\u00e5 skuldrene eller ryggen og utfordre deg selv ved \u00e5 si at du skal holde det g\u00e5ende s\u00e5 lenge barnet orker, sier H\u00f8imyr.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Finn frem kortstokken: <\/strong>En annen morsom treningslek er \u00e5 bruke en kortstokk hvis dere er flere som trener sammen. P\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd blir man enige om at hvert symbol st\u00e5r for \u00e9n styrke\u00f8velse. S\u00e5 legges kortstokken et stykke bort slik at man m\u00e5 l\u00f8pe bort, snu et kort og gj\u00f8re det antallet styrke\u00f8velser som kortet viser. Har man bestemt at kl\u00f8ver symboliserer armhevinger m\u00e5 man alts\u00e5 gj\u00f8re sju armhevinger hvis man trekker kl\u00f8ver sju.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vekk konkurranseinstinktet:<\/strong> Lag en hinderl\u00f8ype i terrenget hvor du m\u00e5 hoppe over steiner og klatre opp i tr\u00e6r, det er en effektiv og morsom m\u00e5te \u00e5 trene utend\u00f8rs p\u00e5. Ta tiden p\u00e5 hverandre, og du vil raskt se at pulsen stiger hos samtlige deltakere. Dette er ogs\u00e5 en morsom aktivitet for barna \u00e5 delta p\u00e5. \u2013 Det fine med \u00e5 lage sm\u00e5 konkurranser med hverandre, eller seg selv, er at treningen blir morsommere, og man blir mer opptatt av konkurransen enn selve \u00f8velsene, sier H\u00f8imyr.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spill p\u00e5 lag:<\/strong> Istedenfor \u00e5 dra p\u00e5 treningssenteret en fin sommerettermiddag kan man for eksempel samle barn og foreldre, eller gode venner, til en fotballkamp eller en runde med sl\u00e5ball i hagen eller parken. \u2013 All bevegelse er bra bevegelse.
