I dag konsumerer vi i snitt 10 gram salt om dagen, det dobbelte av hva helsemyndighetene anbefaler. <a href=\"https:\/\/helsenorge.no\/kosthold-og-ernaring\/kostrad\/salt\/hvordan-spise-mindre-salt\">For mye salt kan ha uheldige effekter<\/a> p\u00e5 helsen og det kan f\u00f8re til hjerte- og karsykdommer, s\u00e6rlig for de som lider av h\u00f8yt blodtrykk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Grunnen til at de fleste av oss elsker saltsmaken er nettopp p\u00e5 grunn av kroppens behov for salt. Rundt 80 prosent av saltinntaket kommer fra bearbeidede matvarer. Skallet er sv\u00e6rt aromatisk, mens saften gir en syrlig og lett bitter, frisk smak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Lime:<\/strong> gir en litt s\u00f8tere smak enn sitronen.
