Denne anbefalingen gjelder b\u00e5de barn og voksne, og det er nok ikke bare barna som kan bli flinkere til \u00e5 spise mer gr\u00f8nt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">L\u00f8sningen kan v\u00e6re \u00e5 lure inn gr\u00f8nnsakene i maten. Forskere i USA testet om barn ville spise mer dersom gr\u00f8nnsakene ble gjemt i maten. Resultatet ble at barna spiste hele <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ajcn.org\/content\/94\/3\/735.abstract\">50 prosent mer gr\u00f8nnsaker<\/a> n\u00e5r de ble gjemt i maten. Kok sausen sammen med gulr\u00f8tter, blomk\u00e5l og s\u00f8tpoteter, og mos den godt n\u00e5r gr\u00f8nnsakene er m\u00f8re. Smoothien kan ogs\u00e5 fryses ned i isformer, og vips s\u00e5 har du n\u00e6ringsrik is b\u00e5de sm\u00e5 og store vil sette pris p\u00e5. Avokado kan fint tilsettes i alle typer av smoothie, og gir en herlig kremet konsistens. Du kan ogs\u00e5 tilsette litt spinat eller gr\u00f8nnk\u00e5l i en bl\u00e5b\u00e6rsmoothie.
