Ern\u00e6ringsfysiolog i Mills, Anna Oppedal Tokheim, deler disse gode tipsene til oppryddingen:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>Kast:<\/strong> Sjekk varer som er g\u00e5tt ut p\u00e5 dato. Lukter de ikke godt, eller har f\u00e5tt <em>gr\u00f8nn lugg<\/em> kan det kastes.<\/li> <\/ul>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>Erstatt:<\/strong> S\u00f8te fruktyoghurter med naturell-varianter og tilsett heller litt b\u00e6r. Bytt ut salami med magre kj\u00f8ttprodukter som kokt skinke og kalkunp\u00e5legg, og sukkerholdige p\u00e5legg med syltet\u00f8y med lite eller uten tilsatt sukker. Erstatt juice og brus med vann tilsatt frukt, b\u00e6r eller urter. Mynte, ingef\u00e6r, bringeb\u00e6r og sitrusfrukter smaker friskt og godt. La det st\u00e5 lett tilgjengelig i en gjennomsiktig mugge eller flaske.<\/li> <\/ul>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>Fyll opp med:<\/strong> Fisk og fiskep\u00e5legg, hvitt kj\u00f8tt, magre melkeprodukter, gr\u00f8nnsaker, frukt, b\u00e6r og sunt fett. Gode eksempler p\u00e5 sistnevnte er avokado, n\u00f8tter, fet fisk, myk margarin og olje. Legg den sunne maten midt i kj\u00f8leskapet<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">N\u00e5r du har f\u00e5tt orden p\u00e5 innholdet er det ikke uten betydning hvor du setter maten tilbake igjen. Et forskningsteam ved University of Chester i Storbritannia oppdaget at n\u00e5r vi blir bedt om \u00e5 velge ut et objekt fra en gruppe, velger vi nesten alltid det som er i midten. Dette gjelder for mat ogs\u00e5. I f\u00f8lge en studie publisert i the Journal of Marketing f\u00e5r produkter i midterste hylle i butikken mer oppmerksomhet og blir oftere valgt enn de som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 \u00f8verste eller nederste hylle. S\u00f8rg derfor at du har de sunne alternativene fremst i kj\u00f8leskapet og det som ikke er bra for deg lengst bak.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >6. Minn deg selv p\u00e5 sunne snacksalternativer<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Et annet smart tips er \u00e5 sett sunne og fristende snackskombinasjoner ved siden av hverandre i kj\u00f8leskapet. Da er det lettere \u00e5 huske p\u00e5 og la seg friste. Epler og pean\u00f8ttsm\u00f8r, cottage cheese og b\u00e6r, hummus og agurkstenger er sunn og god snacks som det er raskt \u00e5 ty til.
