Det tilsvarer for eksempel fisk til middag to til tre ganger i uken. Det er ikke alltid like lett \u00e5 f\u00e5 tid eller mulighet for en ordentlig fiskemiddag, men heldigvis er fiskep\u00e5legg ogs\u00e5 et godt og enkelt alternativ. Seks p\u00e5leggsporsjoner med fisk tilsvarer omtrent en middagsporsjon. Spis for eksempel byggrynsgr\u00f8t, havregr\u00f8t, havrebr\u00f8d eller havrekjeks. Havre kan ogs\u00e5 males til mel og brukes i for eksempel pannekaker. For \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 effekt p\u00e5 kolesterolet b\u00f8r du spise 3g betaglukan fra havre eller bygg. Det tilsvarer ca. 75 gram havre, eller en stor bolle havregr\u00f8t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Spis<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Havregr\u00f8t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em>Hvorfor: Havre er rik p\u00e5 en type vannoppl\u00f8selige fibre som kalles betaglukan. Planteoljer som rapsolje, olivenolje eller solsikkeolje har et h\u00f8yt innhold av umettet fett, og b\u00f8r v\u00e6re en del av kostholdet. Begrens mengden r\u00f8dt kj\u00f8tt og bearbeidede produkter av r\u00f8dt kj\u00f8tt til 500 gram per uke. Dette tilsvarer to til tre middager og litt kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg. La gjerne de resterende middagene v\u00e6re fisk eller vegetar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Fete meieriprodukter inneholder mye mettet fett. Velg derfor de magre variantene. En enkel m\u00e5te \u00e5 finne magre meieriprodukter p\u00e5 er \u00e5 g\u00e5 for de som er merket med N\u00f8kkelhullet. Det vil for eksempel v\u00e6re ekstra lett melk og lett gulost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Spis:<\/strong> Karbonadedeig og ekstra lett melk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em>Hvorfor: Kj\u00f8ttdeig og medisterdeig har et mye h\u00f8yere innhold av mettet fett enn karbonadedeig. Gr\u00f8nt og grovt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Et nyttig triks n\u00e5r du vil redusere inntaket av mettet fett er \u00e5 fylle p\u00e5 med andre godsaker som kan ta plassen til den ekstra p\u00f8lsa eller koteletten du kanskje ellers ville ha spist. Gr\u00f8nnsaker og frukt er kalorifattige, samtidig som de gir volum. Erter, b\u00f8nner og linser inneholder fiber, har et lavt innhold av b\u00e5de fett og mettet fett og er uten kolesterol.
