Delta i frivillig arbeid<\/h2>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Sosiale relasjoner er viktig for helsen. Deltagerne f\u00f8lte at kattevideoene ga dem mer energi og positive f\u00f8lelser, samtidig som de fikk mindre negative f\u00f8lelser som angst og irritasjon. N\u00e5 var riktignok deltagerne allerede over gjennomsnittet interessert i katter, men det viser likevel at dersom du er glad i kj\u00e6ledyr, kan det v\u00e6re bra for helsen din \u00e5 se p\u00e5 s\u00f8te kattevideoer p\u00e5 YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >5. Spis litt m\u00f8rk sjokolade<\/h2>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Det er <a href=\"http:\/\/forskning.no\/2016\/01\/mork-sjokolade-under-lupen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kakaoen som skal ha \u00e6ren for de positive helseeffektene som er tilskrevet sjokolade<\/a>, for den inneholder flavanoler, en form for antioksidant. Antioksidanter beskytter celler, proteiner og arvestoff i kroppen, har god effekt mot betennelser i kroppen og kan forebygge hjerte- og karsykdommer. Faktisk kan m\u00f8rk sjokolade g\u00e5 under \u00abfem om dagen\u00bb. Dette skyldes det h\u00f8ye innholdet av antioksidanter, vitaminer og fiber.
