Majones og majonessalater inneholder fett, men av den gunstige typen. Derfor kan du fint bruke det som p\u00e5legg av og til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Frokosten blir enda mer n\u00e6ringsrik om du tilsetter frukt eller gr\u00f8nnsaker til frokosten.
