Her er v\u00e5re beste tips til hvordan du kan dempe det.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"has-text-align-center mills-published-date wp-block-post-date has-text-color has-neutral-1000-color\"><time datetime=\"2017-03-14T09:43:01+01:00\">14. mars 2017<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Det kan v\u00e6re mange \u00e5rsaker til at man opplever s\u00f8tsug, men det er kanskje ingen tilfeldighet at s\u00f8tsuget kommer snikende p\u00e5 kvelden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 N\u00e5r s\u00f8tsuget melder seg, skyldes det ofte at kroppen har f\u00e5tt for lite n\u00e6ring i l\u00f8pet av dagen og derfor fors\u00f8ker \u00e5 kompensere for lite energiinntak. Kroppen vet at det er mye energi i sjokolade og andre s\u00f8tsaker, og derfor kan s\u00f8tsug oppleves som at hjernen skriker etter sjokolade, forklarer ern\u00e6ringssjef i Mills, Marte Gjeitung Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spis-regelmessig\">Spis regelmessig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Byfuglien sier at regelmessige m\u00e5ltider i l\u00f8pet av dagen, kan hjelpe til \u00e5 dempe s\u00f8tsuget p\u00e5 kvelden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Spiser du regelmessig, det vil si hver tredje til fjerde time, holder du energiniv\u00e5et og blodsukkeret stabilt, og unng\u00e5r \u00e5 bli kjempesulten. Det er n\u00e5r kroppen kjenner at den mangler energi at den begynner \u00e5 skrike etter mat som gir mye energi, slik som sjokolade og godteri, forteller Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Hun legger til at varierte m\u00e5ltider med proteiner, gr\u00f8nnsaker, sunt fett og langsomme karbohydrater p\u00e5 tallerkenen, s\u00f8rger for \u00e5 dekke kroppens n\u00e6ringsbehov og kan bidra til mindre s\u00f8tsug p\u00e5 kvelden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-finn-arsaken-til-sotsuget\">Finn \u00e5rsaken til s\u00f8tsuget<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ern\u00e6ringsjefen sier at det kan v\u00e6re andre \u00e5rsaker til at s\u00f8tsuget dukker opp og at dersom man \u00f8nsker \u00e5 redusere trangen til \u00e5 spise noe s\u00f8tt, kan det v\u00e6re lurt \u00e5 fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 finne ut hva \u00e5rsaken til s\u00f8tsuget er. Er du egentlig t\u00f8rst? Kanskje du er stresset? Eller kanskje du bare kjeder deg? Er kroppen vant til \u00e5 f\u00e5 noe s\u00f8tt hver kveld, kan s\u00f8tsug ogs\u00e5 komme som en abstinenslignende f\u00f8lelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 S\u00f8tsug kan ogs\u00e5 forekomme dersom man er stresset eller kjeder seg. Det kan derfor v\u00e6re lurt \u00e5 fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 kjenne etter hva som for\u00e5rsaker s\u00f8tsuget, sier Byfuglien og legger til at man kan pr\u00f8ve ulike metoder for \u00e5 distrahere s\u00f8tsuget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00ad\u2013 Er du egentlig t\u00f8rst, kan du fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 drikke et stort glass kaldt vann. Er du stresset, kan du pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 ta et avslappende bad eller ringe en venn eller bestemor. En bolle med yoghurt og kornblanding eller et knekkebr\u00f8d med leverpostei, er fine kveldsm\u00e5ltider, sier hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Man kan ogs\u00e5 lage snacks som inneholder sunt fett og er uten raffinert sukker.
