Lunsjen skal gi deg energi til \u00e5 komme deg gjennom resten av arbeidsdagen, samtidig som den for mange er et sosialt avbrekk eller pause fra arbeid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Den vanligste lunsj-fella er faktisk \u00e5 droppe lunsjen, fordi man ikke har tid eller tar seg tid. Ved siden av at man snyter seg selv for en pause og en hyggelig prat med kollegene, vil det for de fleste ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8re til uregelmessig blodsukker \u2013 som igjen gir d\u00e5rligere konsentrasjonsevne og lavere energi. I neste omgang f\u00f8rer dette gjerne til at man ender med \u00e5 spise en veldig stor middag eller kveldsm\u00e5ltid, som heller ikke er heldig, sier helse- og ern\u00e6ringssjef i Mills, Marte Gjeitung Byfuglien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Hun understreker at det ikke er helt likegyldig hva man spiser heller, om man \u00f8nsker \u00e5 ha energi ut dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Den andre gr\u00f8fta \u00e5 falle i, er at man spiser et for tungt m\u00e5ltid, som inneholder mye fett og sukker slik at man blir enda tr\u00f8ttere etter lunsj, sier Byfuglien, som forsikrer at det ikke er s\u00e5 veldig vanskelig \u00e5 sette sammen et godt m\u00e5ltid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2013 Du kommer langt med noen enkle grunnprinsipper og \u00e5 v\u00e6re v\u00e5ken n\u00e5r du forsyner deg. Og n\u00e5r du f\u00f8rst setter deg ned, kos deg med maten, sier hun.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-primary-light-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide is-section-text wp-block-mills-section has-background has-primary-light-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seks enkle r\u00e5d til en sunn lunsj som gir energi ut arbeidsdagen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-grovt-og-gront\">1. Grovt og gr\u00f8nt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Velg grove karbohydrater som gir deg jevnt blodsukker; grovt br\u00f8d med mye fiber, fullkornspasta, b\u00f8nner, linser og gr\u00f8nnsaker som brokkoli, gulrot, paprika, tomat, og s\u00f8tpotet. Alle kjenner til at vi skal spise 5 om dagen av frukt og gr\u00f8nt. Tre av dem b\u00f8r best\u00e5 av gr\u00f8nnsaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-proteiner-fra-fugl-og-fisk\">2. Proteiner fra fugl og fisk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Til en salat med forskjellig gr\u00f8nt passer det ogs\u00e5 med gode proteinkilder som kylling, egg, laks, reker og tunfisk. Som p\u00e5legg er det lurt \u00e5 spise fisk som laks, makrell, sardiner, kaviar og annen sj\u00f8mat som \u00f8ker fisk- og omega-3 inntaket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-velg-magre-meieriprodukter\">3. Velg magre meieriprodukter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Cottage cheese, skyr, kvarg, kremost, lettere yoghurt og ekstra lett melk med vitamin D er glimrende til lunsj. Magre meieriprodukter gir deg de viktige n\u00e6ringsstoffene, og mindre av det mettede fettet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-spis-riktig-mengde\">4. Spis riktig mengde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Det anbefales at man har to til tre hovedm\u00e5ltider i l\u00f8pet av en dag, pluss noen mindre mellomm\u00e5ltider. Dersom man jobber p\u00e5 dagtid og skal spise middag senere, kan en hovedregel v\u00e6re at lunsjen da b\u00f8r utgj\u00f8re rundt 20 prosent av dagens kaloriinntak. Alts\u00e5 ikke en full middag til lunsj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-del-tallerkenen-i-tre\">5. Del tallerkenen i tre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">B\u00e5de lunsj og middag skal gjerne best\u00e5 av en miks av proteiner, fett, fiber og karbohydrater. Men hvordan skal forholdet v\u00e6re mellom dem? En tommelfingerregel er \u00e5 dele tallerkenen i tre: Halvparten skal v\u00e6re fylt av gr\u00f8nt og gr\u00f8nnsaker, den andre halvparten deles mellom proteinkilder som fisk, egg og kj\u00f8tt, og karbohydrater som grovbr\u00f8d, fullkornspasta og b\u00f8nner. Dersom man trener mye eller har h\u00f8y forbrenning, kan man gj\u00f8re andelen karbohydrater og proteiner st\u00f8rre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-vi-spiser-med-oynene\">6. Vi spiser med \u00f8ynene<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ved siden av at vi skal ha i oss frukt og gr\u00f8nt, s\u00e5 er det alltid hyggelig om maten ser mest mulig innbydende ut. Del derfor gjerne opp litt frukt som pynt p\u00e5 maten, dette smaker ogs\u00e5 frisk og godt. Gamle slagere som agurk, paprika og tomat piffer ogs\u00e5 opp p\u00e5 tallerkenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ta deg tid til \u00e5 spise og husk at metthetsf\u00f8lelsen ikke
