Raske karbohydratkilder fyller glykogenlagrene som tappes under trening, og proteiner hjelpe muskulaturen \u00e5 reparere seg selv. Dette gj\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 kroppen klar for neste trenings\u00f8kt, sier Marte Gjeitung Byfuglien, helse- og ern\u00e6ringssjef i Mills.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Spis i rimelig tid etter trening<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Har man mange og harde trenings\u00f8kter i l\u00f8pet av uka, b\u00f8r man spise s\u00e5 snart som mulig etter trening, helst innen en halvtime.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">For vanlige mosjonister som trener moderat holder det at maten inntas innen to timer etter trenings\u00f8kta. V\u00e6r obs p\u00e5 at det ikke er n\u00f8dvendig med et ekstra m\u00e5ltid n\u00e5r man mosjonerer, det beste er \u00e5 tilpasse neste m\u00e5ltid etter treningen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><em>\u2013 Hva er det smart \u00e5 spise etter trening?<br \/> <\/em><\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u2013 Det viktigste er karbohydrat, protein og v\u00e6ske. Ved intens trening t\u00f8mmes glykogenlagrene i musklene etter cirka en time, og etter trening b\u00f8r du derfor f\u00e5 i deg 1 til 1,5 gram karbohydrat per kilo kroppsvekt. Dersom du kun har hatt en liten \u00f8kt eller moderat mosjon holder det med et mindre restitusjonsm\u00e5ltid p\u00e5 30-50 gram karbohydrat. Tommelfingerregelen er \u00e5 erstatte v\u00e6sketapet med 150 prosent etter trening.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Det betyr at om du svetter mye, kan du trenge inntil 1,5 liter v\u00e6ske etter intens trening. Andre vil klare seg med 0,5 liter. Sportsdrikke, lettmelk og andre restitusjonsdrikker er bra p\u00e5 den m\u00e5ten at de tilf\u00f8rer kroppen b\u00e5de salter, karbohydrat og i noen tilfeller protein.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Ern\u00e6ringsfysiologen minner om at t\u00f8rstemekanismen dessverre ikke er helt finjustert til \u00e5 melde fra n\u00e5r vi b\u00f8r drikke.
