Fett finnes i varierende mengde i mange forskjellige matvarer. Det finnes naturligvis i matoljer, sm\u00f8r og margarin, men ogs\u00e5 i kj\u00f8tt, fisk, avokado, n\u00f8tter og melk &#8211; ja i det meste. Fett er et n\u00e6ringsstoff med flere viktige funksjoner, forklarer Byfuglien.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Fettets oppgaver i kroppen:<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>Bidrar med energi:<\/strong> Fett er det mest energirike n\u00e6ringsstoffet. Fett som ikke brukes til prosesser i kroppen lagres i fettvevet, som er kroppens energireserve.<\/li> <li><strong>Bestanddel av hormoner:<\/strong> Fettsyrer er en hovedbestanddel i hormoner og har stor betydning i reguleringen av hormonproduksjonen.<\/li> <li><strong>F\u00f8rer til jevn kroppstemperatur:<\/strong> Det fettet som ligger lagret like under huden (underhudsfettet) hjelper oss \u00e5 holde en jevn kroppstemperatur og beskytter b\u00e5de mot kulde og hete.<\/li> <li><strong>P\u00e5virker nerveimpulser: <\/strong>Fett utgj\u00f8r en vesentlig del av noe som kalles myelinskjeden som omslutter aksonet (ogs\u00e5 kjent som utl\u00f8pere) p\u00e5 nerveceller. En intakt myelinskjede gir raske og effektive nerveimpulser.<\/li> <li><strong>Beskytter indre organer:<\/strong> Fettet som ligger rundt de indre organene beskytter disse mot st\u00f8t og slag.<\/li> <li><strong>Byggesteiner i cellevegger:<\/strong> En viktig oppgave for fett er \u00e5 inng\u00e5 som byggesteiner i cellemembraner, cellenes vegger. Cellemembranene har den viktige oppgaven \u00e5 ivareta transporten av n\u00e6ring og energi inn og ut av cellene, og signalisering mellom cellene.<\/li> <li><strong>Tilf\u00f8rer fettl\u00f8selige vitaminer:<\/strong> Fett er n\u00f8dvendig for at vi skal kunne nyttiggj\u00f8re oss de fettl\u00f8selige vitaminene A, D, E og K. Disse vitaminene har mange viktige funksjoner i kroppen, og er blant annet viktig for syn, blod, vekst og for \u00e5 styrke skjelettet.<\/li> <li><strong>Bidrar med essensielle fettsyrer:<\/strong> Essensielle fettsyrer er fettsyrer som kroppen ikke selv klarer \u00e5 lage, men som vi er avhengig av \u00e5 f\u00e5 i oss via kosten. Linolsyre og alfa-linolensyre er flerumettede fettsyrer i henholdsvis omega-6 og omega-3 serien. Disse fettsyrene er viktige blant annet fordi de er forstadier til produksjon av viktige eicosanoider i kroppen. Dette er hormonbestemt og har sammenheng med at kvinner har behov for mer fett i forbindelse med graviditet og amming.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"has-background has-neutral-0-background-color is-style-vertical-spacing alignwide wp-block-mills-section has-background has-neutral-0-background-color\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-mills-section__inner aligncenter\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" >To gode r\u00e5d til slutt<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Det er lurt \u00e5 ha et bevisst forhold til hvor mye fett du spiser.
