Spesielt  fett, fiber og salt. For \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 god hjertehelse er det blant annet gunstig \u00e5 erstatte mettet fett med umettet fett. Mettet fett \u00f8ker kolesterolet, som er en av de viktigste risikofaktorene for hjerte- og karsykdommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00d8kt fysisk aktivitet og mindre stress i hverdagen er ogs\u00e5 godt for en litt bedre hjertehelse, sammen med et balansert og variert kosthold.
